Remarks

This college was affiliated to ip university and a government college as well in the prime location of ookhla phase 3 where every facility is so near and also the course fee of btech here is very less as compared to other colleges. Also the college has very good seniors and since the college is small you get a family feeling as you know each and every face by their names.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty was good, all the faculty have done Phd (from prestigious iits and other universities) and they give exposure to industrial training as well. Along with it faculty made children engage in other extra curricular activities like event management and organising workshop. Also engage children in sports.

Every year maruti come and took 2-3 people with the highest package of around 12 lakhs and apart from it many of the students opt for further studies and scored good in gate and cat examination along with it last year 1 passout student ranked 1st in isro all India examination and myself and my friend has started a start-up named thescrap.in you can check it on Google and Instagram

The campus was very small and not well developed although college website says the college will be making a good campus and they've got the funds as well but construction is not showing but despite the small campus it is well maintained and sustainable. Have Television in common room, a canteen, Wi-Fi in canteen, sports - badminton, basketball & cricket only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum at DTU is quite relevant and comprehensive. The reason I chose this course was the mix of strong fundamentals in the first year—like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Programming—followed by department-specific core and elective courses that allow some flexibility and specialization. The curriculum gives a solid foundation for both real-world applications and further studies, especially through hands-on projects and lab work. That said, some areas could be improved, like including more industry exposure, internships, and practical case studies to bridge theory and real-world problems. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-terms and end-terms) and include assignments and projects as part of evaluation. While most exams are manageable if you keep up with the coursework, a few subjects can be challenging, and preparation is key to avoid surprises.

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students get hired, obviously, and they get a decent package. Highest package from our college is 52 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. Highest package off campus is 1.2 Cr. Per annum.

1.Eligibility is , You have to maintain under 1lac rank in jee main (if you are outside Delhi). There's 85% state reservation. If you have 3-4 lac rank(crl) and you belong to Delhi you can easy can get into this college(for OBC ). 2.Go to Jac delhi counseling web and fill the application form (fee is 1500) .
