A journey.

There should be more transparency in the attendance system. More extra curricular activities. Better food and better infrastructure.

I gave COMEDK examination a go whose scores I don't quite remember. I took biotechnology because I was naturally good in biology and biotechnology interested me.

The course curriculum is very exciting as you get to learn about the different levels of biotechnology. First you start with the basics then you move on to complex and more interesting topics. Eh, Molecular biology and immunology.

As I'm in third year, I'm yet to sit for internships from my college. There are placements from fourth year onwards and world leading biopharma company novo nordisk usually recruits students

The placement takes place after campus selection. My college has a very good catalogue of companies. The packages vary from 5L to 24L per annum. Companies like Google, Accenture, novo nordisk, Cipla are the very few of the huge catalog of companies who appear.

Sargam is the main cultural fest organised by the college once a year. It is a national level festival. It has a lot of events and around 50000 students take part. The prizes are very attractive as well.

The fee structure is not so bad considering it is in the middle of the city and offer okay experience.A bit on be high side for the less fortunate.There are a lot of courses on offer and the fee structure varies accordingly.

I'm not aware of any such scholarships. They might have scholarships but I'm not aware of any till now. So yeah. If they do, then that will be a good help to the students.

The campus is not bad. But there should be an improvement in extra curricular as that is not the main interest. There need to be more transparency in the attendance system as students are not made aware of their attendance percentage on a daily bases.

The food is terrible. The quality of food should be most definitely improved. The canteen food has been improved after the recent renovation, but the quality of hostel food remains to be of questionable quality.

The student network as such doesn't exist. I am personally yet to see an alumini meet being held in the campus.There should be one held every two years so that there is a good amount of socialisation.

The exam structure is decided by VTU under whom my college is affiliated. The internals are taken care by the faculty and they are not so hectic.

The faculty of my college has its fair share of good and bad in equal amounts. Although not world class, it's still good. They are understanding of the students problems and try to help them. So that I think is a very good trait showcased by the faculty
