Remarks

I chose this college mainly because of the faculty members and the library facility that the college was providing. Both were very helpful. The kind and helpful nature of the professors always made us feel protected and made it easier for students to approach them with doubts and queries.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course of the curriculum allowed us to sail through the history of the subject and come to the absolute modern period, where it is now. We got to know about the origination of every style and genre of art through the course in details. The regular quiz sessions and interactions with the professors made it easier for the students to understand the subject better rather than be scared of it for its humongous size. The kind, friendly and generous nature of the professors made it all the more easier to approach them in case of difficulties.

Placement Experience

3.5

Unfortunately, the Arts Department does not provide any placement after the degree. The Commerce and MBA department, although, provide excellent placement opportunities after the end of every degree program.

College Events

4

Each year the college holds a four day inter-collegiate fest in which several colleges of the city are invited. It starts in the morning and goes on till the evening holding several events, starting from chess and face-art till fashion shows and one-act play competitions. Students from all the invited colleges can participate and the score is decided by a group of judges who will be able to pass an unbiased judgement.

Campus Life

4

The sports area was great. there were indoor as well as outdoor game facilities. The college has a password protected WiFi system which is given to students only for official purposes so that it is not misused. The library provides enough books to help the students in whatever they need. There were ample amount of soft copies as there were hard copies.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for applying for internships after the 3rd semester, and students can apply for placements only after 4th semester. Companies like Ericsson, Ernst and Young, JPMG makes visits our department for mostly analyst roles for economic and fundamental trading decisions. The highest offer made was 45LPA while the average is 7.5LPA. The median pakage is 8LPA. Almost 90% students secure placements after completing their degree since the Training and placement cell is pretty proactive in securing good company visits. I plan for investing and analyst roles in banking companies. I would sit for placements hoping for the same.

Remarks:

I am both positive and negative marks started with positive the factories where very good well well qualified there is no ragging the environment is eco friendly people very helpful there is no senior junior bond everyone is equal. The negative were enormous starting with the infrastructure in some places there are new buildings halls which are not even maintained and that's the biggest problem facilities are not given to student in the hostel so much carelessness is there in the routine work people are very lazy to do their working time authority is very slow to do their workrecreational activities other than academics are very less a student didn't get the time for recreational and facilities were also not there I come modern infrastructure universities should be so we have to change this things to do the university prosper in the later year in the first and foremost thing is determination a that everyone should give efforts to make our university Pride and worthful.
