Remarks

This university is near to me and course fee was also low. All are informed me to admit there. I could regularly go there from my house. My all friends took there admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am B.A pass graduate.so I only could admission there. I want to do M.A in English. There was this opportunity. The faculty of English department is also good there. Lecturer are so qualified. Maximum Lecturer are double M.A and experienced for so many years. Their strategy of teaching are also so great

Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Placement Experience

There were no campus placement. l have planned to be a teacher after completing this course. No company offers job in that campus. All the students have to struggle in their way for getting job.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had to clear my fees in 4 steps.total cost of course was 16000.I couldn't get any scholarships and I couldn't get any stipend.I am not so intelligent. I was so low level student. I am not so meritorious.

Campus Life

Our campus was good ,well decorated with flower plant.There was a big canteen. Library was so good and we easily got our preferable book.

Interview Experience

I had to go thru a exam. Shortlisted people are informed through massage and they gave date for admission through massage. Course fee had to pay in 4 steps before 4 semester.

Placement Experience:

Most of the placements that took place at least for the literature departments ended up with people joining educational institutes and NGOs. Very few joined corporate enterprises like Accenture. My Experience as an MA Graduate in Jadavpur University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for camous placemens from the third semester onwards. Companies that have visited the Departmet of Comparative Literature witth campus placements offers are SVF, Hoichoi, Radio Mirchi, Papertrue, LearningMate, among others. Highest package offered by companies is 8.5 LPA Percentage of students getting placements is 85% My plans after getting my MA degree is to go for a PhD.

The Pros and Cons of Joining Jadavpur University Masters of Arts in Economics

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for applying for internships after the 3rd semester, and students can apply for placements only after 4th semester. Companies like Ericsson, Ernst and Young, JPMG makes visits our department for mostly analyst roles for economic and fundamental trading decisions. The highest offer made was 45LPA while the average is 7.5LPA. The median pakage is 8LPA. Almost 90% students secure placements after completing their degree since the Training and placement cell is pretty proactive in securing good company visits. I plan for investing and analyst roles in banking companies. I would sit for placements hoping for the same.

I got the admission so easily in this university.
