Remarks

It is ranked as No 1 college in Karnataka. It has good reputation and also good labs. I looked up online for this information. My seniors also recommended this college. It has good hostel facility as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was updated but it lacked industrial training to the expected level. Some field visits are done but they are not enough to meet the current requirements of the Industry. The labs are good and equipped with good machines.

Placement Experience

In civil engineering field there are very less company visiting the college. The companies that come also offer very low package so most student don't apply for it. However there are so good companies like L&T and TATA Engineering services which provide good jobs for civil engineer.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very good. Hygiene is well maintained. Housekeeping is always there to clean the room. Hostel also has washing machine on every floor (2 one each floor) so washing clothes is not a problem. There are also many events special for hostelites which makes living in hostel much fun.

Placement Experience:

RVCE is known for its Placement oppertunity itself .Students get eligible after 5th or 6th semester. The highest package went to 97 lakh per anum but the average is 15 to 25 lakh per anum , it can go beyond if talent and skill sets are extraordinary . there are many top companier like google, amazon , flipkart , JP Morgan , intel , Bosh ,Rolls royce ,TCS , INFOSYS and list goes on with top companies CGPA should be atleast 7.5 to sit for placements

The Reality of Studying Here

Placement Experience:

from 6th Sem u are eligible to sit for the placement. A lot of companies come to the college i don't focus on company name my focus will be on the CTC and average is 4-5LPA and the highest package was 20LPA. but very less student get placed because they don't have proper technical skill and the one who have skills they are placed in our college. before getting a Degree i need a job from Campus Placement this is my plan after getting Degree let's see I haven't made any plans right now.
