eligibility for BE students need to have passed in 12th grade with physics and chemistry and maths exames need to pass CEt or Comedk cutoffs 5000 to 10000 depending the branches the admission process was smooth involving documents verification

approximately 1:16.08 in 2025 faculty and students relationship approachable and suppportive with many holding Ph.Ds Chaitra Mam she teaching subject of AIML she is teach very well and very supportive Anitha mam she always doing a irritate me and taking unfair decisions so I'm not like her exams are in moderate and consistent study ensure success failure Rate Around 11% and an 89%pass rate course curriculum relevance well structured and aligned with industry needs

Night Life

the campus is realtively calm at night with few late night activities populare spots include campus cafe the gym and cafeterias typicaly closs by 8 pm while library closes at 7 pm the locality is generally safe with good security students unwind by socializing playing sports

Best Kept Secret

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum for this year is the updated one. Its 2025 Scheme for the students. The curriculum is well designed according to the needs of CSE students for real life coding. The curriculum contains all required and updated topics which students from CSE background require to develop excellent skills for jobs and startups. There should be only one internal exam instead of two. Because, two internal exams tend to keep them involved more into college exams leaving very less time to build their extra skills. Thus there should be only one internal exam so that students can build their extra skills.

MIT Manipal's Student Plaza is amazing!

Placement Experience:

MIT Manipal Placements starts at around 6th semester as atleast the training and all starts. So final interviews and all starts for us in the 7th semester and before entering 8th or the final semester most of the placements are already done. I still wants to pursue masters as our university has tie-ups with American universities and our course skills can be bettered with masters is what I feel.

MIT Manipal boast a night life worth spending!

Placement Experience:

Around 47 students in our course and in 2025 36 of them were placed and rest I don't think even applied as jobs were definitely available. Infosys, Polaris and others who are now world famous for building cyber security systems were at MIT Manipal to hire students.

5 month into the cmrit how it unfoleds for the freshers

Placement Experience:

the placements oppurtunity are there and you can grab a very good paackage from here. The highest is around 44 , average is 7 lpa. Students become eligible for final placemnts from 6-7 semester. Companies like thermo fisches , fractal , belc , hitachi and many other, have visited. The percentage of placemnt is quite high but people grabbing more than 30lpa is very few. after degree i want to go for job directly.

I actually could have gone to iit but I ignored cbse and couldn't complete the 75% criteria,due to cbse my kcet rank went down, according to my rank this is the best college and course I can get,yeah I got rejected by iit cuz I got 67%, I don't know about other admission process mine was due to kcet u have to either pay challan in bank or online of rupees 107500,after that u have to download the admission order and go to the college submit the necessary documents and pay 27500 admission fee in which u will get ur stationary,a artic fox customised bag, library accessibility,etc my branch cutoff was around 65k...Read More
