Best College for Placements

The main reason to attend Chandigarh Engineering College is because of its Placements. Chandigarh Engineering College provides the best placements and their fees(92000 p.y) is low in comparison to other colleges. The placements start in the college just after the completion of the sixth semester (B.tech) and go until the last semester or above. Even In my batch, 2020 Btech 650+ companies came in our college and 90% Students got placed in the good companies like Cognizant, Wipro, Microsoft, Mindtree etc. when the student will come in 2nd year they start the program named as TPP( Training for Placement Program) that helps the student to grow their personality, coding skills and etc. The admission process in the college is not very tough you should have a minimum of 60% in your 12th but if you want to take admission in B.Tech CSE you should have a minimum of 75%. The admissions to the college start from nearly April Month. I can prefer this college to anyone who wants to get good placements.

I have done my B.tech in Electronics and communication engineering because in this branch we can go in either field hardware or software so that's why I have chosen this branch and the placements of ece in Chandigarh engineering college is fabulous mostly IT(Information Technology) companies come for placements. The faculty of the college are brilliant. They have the best knowledge of their subjects. The faculties are well qualified some of them are from iit's and the teaching method of some teachers are brilliant and some have moderate teaching method. Every year in the month of April (even semester exams 2,4,6,8) and in the month of November(odd semester exams 1,3,5,7) taken by the college under Punjab Technical University. The exam paper is easy and sometimes tough as well.

The fees of the college are low in comparison to other colleges. The fees of the college for every BTech course are 92000 per year and the hostel fees for the boy's hostel 4-sitter room is 85000 per year. I have got placement from the college in one of the MNC with a package of 3.50 LPA in my seventh semester of B.Tech ECE.
