B.tech is the very professional course.In there many technical and non technical subject you have to learn.By learning those you become very professional. The exam structure is semester wise.Every 6 months a semester will appear.

No,our college doesn't provide intership,but provide job placement.At the starting of fourth year, the college conduct job placement for students.Many core company and multinational comapanies come to take interview

College Events

Language day,independence day, republic day,yoga day,world day, engineer day.There should be football matches and cricket matches in a year.There have technical fest and social fest.Beside all there are grooming classes

There is a special scholarship for obc,sc st candidates.They get rupees twenty thousand per year as the scholarship from college and there is a another scholarship.That is for general students for getting good marks

I gave joint entrance exam,,got rank,,by showing this rank a counciling process was held.In that process the name of my college was came to get admission.I show my rank card and the final coucilling report to the college admission cell and took my admission

Helpful and qualityful.They help us to become a very good engineer.They help and motivate to make inovative projects.They guide us to crack different kinds of examination like CAT,GATE any other government jobs

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

Placement Experience:

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Below Average college with poor placement but friendly faculty members can consider only if you have no other options

The main reason for which I and most of my other classmates took admission here is affordability as one can complete his degree in less than 3.5 lakhs which is quite low compared to other colleges. I had considered taking admission in Swami Vivekananda University because of its distance from my house, although overall course fee is same in both the colleges but admission fee is quite High in SVU for which I choosed IIE over SVU. I also had an valid WBJEE rank and if chossed to sit for counselling would have got many better college with TFW scheme according to this year's cut-offs but had already taken admission and paid admission fee which was not refundable....Read More

Very good college with best teacher and a placement cell is also very good go for it for BTech and there is also Nursing from them just go for it faculty r very good Hod is behaviour is outstanding But if you tell folks you're a college student, folks are so impressed. You can be a student in anything and not have to know anything. Just say toxicology or marine biokinesis, and the person you're talking to will change the subject to himself.
