Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very interesting. It offers knowledge from all fields including biology, economics, environmental science, etc. Diverse knowledge which helps to prepare for exams like banking,rail, UPSC and WBCS.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 398000 per year

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Samsung, Qspiders, Pentagon space, etc. are the companies which visit the college. Average package 8LPA. I totally depend on the campus placements as they are offering such good companies and they also provide training courses for the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Courses are very affordable. If someone is facing problems then they can avail scholarships. Many types of scholarships are available including student credit card, B.C.Roy scholarship and Swami Vivekananda scholarship.

Campus Life

Annual fest and tech fest are organised along with Rabindra jayanti, Matri Bhasa Diwas, Farewell party, fresher's party, etc. All types of books and journals are available. Projectors are there for advanced teaching. Opportunities to play University games.

Admission

The applicants must have 60% in physics, chemistry and maths in his/her 10+2 course. Wbjee and JEE qualified candidates can also apply. There is no such rank cut-offs for WBJEE and JEE. While taking admission one must visit the campus and speak to the principal and the CEO.

Faculty

Faculties are highly qualified from the prestigious institutions of India,some of them has teaching experience of more than 15 years and working experience of more than 5 years. Friendly faculties and best doubt clearing sessions during tutorial periods.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

Below Average college with poor placement but friendly faculty members can consider only if you have no other options

The main reason for which I and most of my other classmates took admission here is affordability as one can complete his degree in less than 3.5 lakhs which is quite low compared to other colleges. I had considered taking admission in Swami Vivekananda University because of its distance from my house, although overall course fee is same in both the colleges but admission fee is quite High in SVU for which I choosed IIE over SVU. I also had an valid WBJEE rank and if chossed to sit for counselling would have got many better college with TFW scheme according to this year's cut-offs but had already taken admission and paid admission fee which was not refundable....Read More

Very good college with best teacher and a placement cell is also very good go for it for BTech and there is also Nursing from them just go for it faculty r very good Hod is behaviour is outstanding But if you tell folks you're a college student, folks are so impressed.
