Remarks

Nobody can give bad remarks for this university. It is love.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

It cleared all my basics. And it gave me the opportunity to visit industries by field trips. It has a good facility for labs and research with 24*7 modern lab and lab assistant. The exam structure is semester wise which is very strict. The question papers and good and evaluation of mark is very fair.

Placement Experience

2

It gives an opportunity for internship but placement facility is very poor. There are some business courses which invites placements but other courses don't have.

College Events

4.5

Cult festival like youth festival, annual programme, cultural competition are held time to time. Besides there are department wise annual festivals are arranged which boost the relationship between student teachers and other staffs. In annual nights different local stars get chance to perform in stage infront of a good number of audience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

All the regular courses Comparing to other universities fee structure is less. Some self financed courses are also there which have slightly high fee structure but that is also less in comparison to other universities. There is also a criterion for fee cut for poor and handicap students.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't opted but many students get their loan and scholarship through the college campus state bank.

Campus Life

4.5

Female students are more in number which is rare in any other universities. Ther is a special building for labs with modern equipments and good lab assistant. Phd scholars and avail the lab 24*7 Which help them prepare for their subject well. College is easy with student with any sexual orientation.

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, I lived in hostel. They charge for only fooding and not for lodging. So the mess fee is around 1500 to 2000 monthly. Good amount for any wealth group.I was from a very poor family during my studies but this university helped me in managing my study and fee structure well

Alumni/Alumna

There is a good network of almuni in this college with students from as old as 1960. They come for the almuni meetings organised by university and tell the fresh students about how to achieve thier goal with proper study. The motivate the youngs a lot. They gave the nessesary fund to Department which is to be used for betterment of the internet.

Admission

It is one of the oldest college in Odisha with excellent teaching facilities and for extracurricular activities. My field of study, ie- Geology is only available in this university with good practical facilities. Thats why i choosed this university and refer the same to others who has the willing to study inside the State.

Faculty

4

All the lectures are qualified with having a good practical knowledge. They all are young and energetic with good teaching experiences. Except the regular teachers their are guest lectures who all are retired citigens from different organisations. They give the best lectures and are very friendly.

Course curriculum is very good at niser and are comparable to some foreign institutes. There are world class facilities available for you and the labs are the main insights here. But you have to be somewhat attentive regarding your exams as exams are easy to moderate level.

I personally like the contemplative aspect of this course that isn't available at any other universities, this fact itself makes this university unique on itself and it helps with your mental health and it's truly amazing considering that we're students of psychology.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become a lecturer so i choosed the royal course Masters in zoology rather than any other specialisation course. And the course Masters of Science in Zoology, Botany is provided by very few private universities in Odisha and AIPHU is one of them i think probably the best one. Faculty do come and leave but there replacement is done simultaneously. The faculty student ratio is normal. Most of the faculty members have completed there PhD as well as Post Doctorial research from foreign universities and medical. Our faculty focus on building strong foundation. They start from basics and teach the difficult topics in very simpler way. We have two midterms each of 1 hours and of 100points which get converted to 20 marks. And one endterm of 50 marks and 10 marks for internal assessment. Midterms are brainstorming but it makes us thorough in specific units which makes endterm exam easier.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because this allows me to delve deeper into the passion for understanding animal life and their biological processes. Secondly, this is also a step towards my goal to become a researcher. The faculty members at our university are very dedicated, highly qualified, with their post-docs from a renowned university and are very cooperative. They teach us in a very friendly way, and their passion for research enriches the academic environment. The difficulty level for term exams is medium, neither too hard nor too easy, and requires hard work.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I much interest in it. Student faculty ratios is good as per availability. Professor are available most of the time. They are all very qualified and are hired as per the minimum requirements criteria of the college. Exams are semester-wise and happen biannually. It's difficult to pass the exams if you don't study properly throughout the year.
