Remarks

The only negative remark would be its situated in outskirts of the city so everytime we want to got to the city, it takes half an hr by bus. Other than this, I don't think there is anything negative. Profeesors, students, seniors- all are interactive and encouraging and enjoying.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is wide and checks whether we have grasped every aspect of the subject. There are frequent quizzes and examinations to check the learning of the students. The assignments and projects also add to the learning. There are extra curricular activities too, so it's not like only studies, we get enough time to refresh and showcase our talent except studies.

Placement Experience

4

This was the first placement season of our college and many got placed with good packages. It also provides internship opportunities to students with varied stipends ranging from Rs 15000 to Rs 100000.

College Events

4.5

We have inter branch sports and cultural championships going on. We recently had our first tech fest and will have our first cultural fest in a month. All the activities are engaging and enjoyable whether you are a participant or an organiser or a volunteer.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is completely feasible. The college also gives fee remission if the total family income is less than a particular amount. There are various schemes under which one can apply scholarship, be it because of low family income or one's outstanding academic performance.

Fees and Financial Aid

It provides different scholarships to students having family income less than 1 lakhs, less than 4. 5 lakhs and less than 5 lakhs. The students with family income of less than 1 lakhs get full remission of tution fees, those with less than 5 lakhs get two third remission of tution fees and top 25% of those less than 4. 5 lakhs get full remission of tution fees. There is also a different scholarship scheme for reseved category students.

Campus Life

3.5

The gender ratio is quite small. But it doesn't matter much after you get to a college. There is no discrimination of any kind. All here live peacefully and the college has no report of ragging of juniors by seniors yet. Everyone lives a good life here.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The college is completely residential and the hostels are great. The rooms are spacious. There are single, double and triple seater rooms, which completely depend on the chit system, you don't get to choose for the rooms. The food has a wide variety, although the taste does get reduced when it's cooked in bulk. But that's the case in almost every mess. We get food with a wide variety here.

Alumni/Alumna

In my college alumni student help in poor student in my college through some scholarship. I proud to say that one month ago I was apply scholarship provided by alumni student. Sorry to say I can't remember that alumni student name.

Admission

Joint entrance exam is held every year for admission into various IITs in India. One needs to clear both JEE mains and JEE advanced for getting admission. I cleared both of them and according to my rank l, and the course that I was interested in, I found this college the best.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is encouraging and interactive. We also have visiting faculties, mostly from Indian institute of technology Bombay, and a few from other colleges such as Indian Institute of technology Madras, etc.
