Remarks

The past two years or so have produced perhaps the most rapid changes ever seen in higher education. The “completion agenda” set forth by President Obama and the Lumina Foundation has enabled institutions to focus on the graduation of all students, rather than only those who enter as part of a specific first-time full-time freshman cohort. Concurrently, the introduction of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) has generated a substantially increased focus on the potential for degree completion through an online environment. These changes have also generated a significant amount of competitive recruiting, marketing, and advertising in efforts to enroll mostly non-traditional (older, returning adult) students, the consumers of higher education.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The syllabus of autonomous institutions is way better than traditional universities. Basically, Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering is an autonomous institution affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). It conducts step by step evaluation the whole semester.

Placement Experience

2

Expecting on-campus placement from YCCE is just like expecting rain in the desert. It happens only fewer times. The college is advantageous only for IT/CT/CSE students because only IT companies visit YCCE. Here is no advantage for civil and mechanical engineering students.

College Events

4.5

Persona Fest is the annual techno-cultural festival of the MIT ADT University Pune. It is a three-day-long University Fest. The word Persona is derived from Latin, where it originally refers to a theatrical mask. At Persona Fest we promise to showcase the entire persona of our students, its life, and beyond. The Fest is held towards the beginning of February every year. It has a footfall of over 10, 000 students from various universities & colleges of India. The objective of the Fest is to create an unparalleled forum for the students to test their intellectual and artistic prowess, simultaneously opening a venue for sharing mutual experience, skills, and talent in the field of culture, literary and other activities on a common platform.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure varies for CAP registered students. For SC/ST students, it's 13601 INR per year. For OBC students, it's 72000 INR per year. For OPEN/general students, it's 152000 INR per year. Fees for students taking admission through merit list or management quota the fee structure remains the same i. e 152000 INR per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

People can join through aicte scholarship scheme and also sc students in Punjab are given scholarship under pmss. Those with an sc scholarship scheme, don't have to pay 100000 annually but pay only 300 annually.

Campus Life

4

Weekly activities can offer a welcome break from studies and homework — particularly for senior students if they can spare the time. Depending on your child’s interests, they may provide the chance to get outside and exercise, see friends, pursue a hobby or simply destress and refresh their mind. They also help limit the time your child is spending in front of a TV or computer screen. They can help your child build their skills outside of the classroom In addition to building skills within a specific discipline, extracurricular activities are great for developing general academic and soft skills. Think debating for public speaking, academic competitions for exam strategies and sport for teamwork. Balancing a number of commitments can help to improve your child’s time management skills while finding an area they enjoy or excel at can boost self-confidence. They can open your child’s mind to new interests (and views) While students usually have the opportunity to pursue a wide range of study areas through core subjects and electives, extracurricular activities allow students to explore an interest in more depth than what is covered in class — or maybe even find a completely new interest that they wouldn’t have been exposed to otherwise. They can also provide a great chance for students to broaden their perspective of the world, particularly those involved in volunteering and community service programs.

Alumni/Alumna

I appreciate the seniors of YCCE. They are good and helpful as compared to seniors of other colleges. Seniors of other colleges try to rag juniors. Our seniors are not like those. One thing that disappoints me is the audition conducted by them for Mr. and Mrs. freshers. In other words, we call it official ragging.

Admission

I have submitted the online application form and the mark of CET I get admission in MIT ADT University Admissions officers review and make decisions on hundreds, sometimes thousands, of applications in a short period of time. They are under enormous pressure to assess the applicant pool in order to produce the best class and the best campus community possible. A student’s record in and outside the high school classroom demonstrates to an admissions officer the kind of contributions he or she will make at the college level. Colleges are looking for candidates who perform consistently well or show a record of improvement in rigorous or college-prep courses. This means the right coursework, good grades, and activities that have a positive impact should be a continuous focus throughout high school.

Faculty

3.5

It depends on each and every staff member. Some are polite and some are strict. But at last, the faculty always think and appreciate students for their brightness and prosperity. Apart from HODs, other faculty members are helping and friendly in nature.
