Good college with good infrastructure

The college atmosphere is good and good surrounding. It has a good ecosystem with plenty of plants which helps in making the mind cool The campus is really well maintained. The infrastructure is good.

The course curriculum is really good, the teacher are friendly. They try to cover a large portion of syllabus and it depends on the student on which course they want to gain knowledge. The exam pattern consist of one mid semester 20 marks and end semester of 50 marks and rest of the 30 marks is evaluated through the internal assessment.

The placement opportunities is really good in KIIT. The mass recruiting companies are Accenture, Infosys and Wipro providing an average package of 4. 5 Lacs per annum. Delloite is a good company proving 7 Lacs package. The highest salary was given by Adobe systems a package worth of 39 Lacs. All top notch companies visit the campus. Some companies like dell come for internship and also do provide pre placement offers.

There are many events held in kiit like kiit fest, kritarth, chimera etc. Kiit fest is one of the most awaited event in kiit. Students from different universities also participate. There are variety of events like dance competition, singing competition cooking, treasure hunt etc held in kiit and the university also encourage the students to participate in the events.

The fee structure is 16, 00, 00 overall. It is feasible as it provides a good infrastructure and quality. The hostel fee is 21, 000. mess charges is 17500. Tution fees is 1. 5 Lacs per semester. overall the fees is feasible and they provide a high quality living.

The students that have a highest SGPA score in the semester are offered scholarship. There are also some exchange programs held in our college. There are many competition held because of which students also do get cash prize.

Kiit really encourages the student to take part in the activities. They also have a gym in each campus. There is also a sports complex that provides us with all the equipments starting from basketball to badminton. They also teach swimming. There are a large number of societies be it in acting, dancing, singing, modeling, oration helping the students to bring out their talent in competitions.

The hostels are spacious and clean. THe quality of the food is good and nutritious. But the taste is not that good as they prepare the food in bulk the quality is somewhere compromised. The hostels are really safe. I have opted for a 3 bedded non AC room that costs 21000 per semester and the mess charges is 17, 500 per semester.

The senior students are really helpful. Since it is a ragging free college the juniors do no hesitate to talk to the seniors. They are helpful and also guide us. They help us to select our domain and also help us studies. There are some senior who even teach during the weekends to expand the knowledge of their juniors.

We have to appear for KIITEE exam. After the results we are called for counseling after which we get our desired branch. The students are called rank wise to select their branch. The counselling price was 10000.

The teachers are really good and have a huge amount of knowledge in their respective fields of study. They are really very helpful. The quality of teaching depends on the teacher but they are really kind and helpful.
