Remarks :
This is a very nice college. Its been a pleasure for me to spend my college life here. Here both academics and fun are balanced. We can enjoy our college life without spoiling our future. The only downside of this college is inadequate canteen facility. This is not a big bother since there are many great restourants near the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
We are affiliated to the APJ Adul Kalam Technological University of kerala. This college follows the KTU syllabus and time table. We have a total of 8 semesters and university exams are conducted at the end of each semester. There are 3 sets of internal exams for each semester and internala marks are decided by these exams. The course structure encourages the students to focus on research. Even though exams and labs are frequent its not hectic for the students.
Placement Experience :
Every year we have placements for final years where many companies do come to our campus and conduct interviews. And if we have any job fairs in other college it will be informed by our hr of our college so that even we can go and attend the job fairs. The company's that come for placements are Concentrix, Infosys, Amazon and some consultancies too.
College Events :
Intercollegiate fest - where we invite other colleges to participate in the events organized by us, Interclass fest- It is a fest where the competitions will be held with in the students of our college and which stream gets more prizes that stream will get overall trophy. Sports events- Many sports games like carrom, chess, volleyball, throwball, kho-kho, tug of war are conducted for the students of our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
There are two types of fee structure ie merit and management fees. If you are admitted to the college on the basis of merit you have to pay rupees 95 thousands per year. If you admitted by management seat you have to pay rupees 145 thousands per year. This college also provides fees concession for financiall backward students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is minority scholarship for students who belong to the minority communities. We can easily get a educational loan from federal bank which a well wisher of this institute. Various scholarships are availed to financially backward students.
Campus Life :
This college hosts various cultural activities. In the field of sports we have FISAT cup tournament for football, basketball, cricket and volleyball. We also host an annual sports day for the students of this college. The gender ratio is 2:1. Students from many districts of kerala and also from other states of india are studying here. This college is well known for providing equality in every aspects of life.
Alumni/Alumna :
This college has good connection with its alumni. They are the well wishers of this college. The seniors are really nice and friendly. we wont feel any difference between seniors and juniors here because all are treated equally here. There is no discrimination base on seniority
Admission :
It was through direct application. That is first I just reviewed in Google about the college and called them up and asked whether their were vacancy for BBA and the answer was yes then the next day I went to the college filled up the application form and completed the criteria by paying fee too and that's it.
Faculty :
We have a really friendly faculty at this college. They are really ready to push their limits to make students understand each and every topics. All faculty members are post graduated in their own fields and most of them are doing their research parallel. All head of the departments are doctrate holders.
