Remarks

Just a backdrop of so much politics but at the end it's up to you if you want you can stay away from that student union and politics very easily and if you actually enjoy that, it can even help you to grow into a better and responsible person.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

This is a bachelor degree in education. In which you study about education, language, Teaching method, study method, child development, pedagogy etc, In this course you also have to go for Internship in Schools. This is a 2 year degree. Where in first year you have to do a 28 days Internship and in second year it's 112 days Internship in Govt school. The Exam of the course is done by University. There is three sections in each paper where first section is of short questions, second is of long questions and third section is of Essay type questions.

Placement Experience

1.5

You don't really get any placements after bsc usually but they do have a placement cell named pinnacle and they do try hard to get recruiters and getting students placed. But what you really gain here is exposure for your future and skills that will help you ahead.

College Events

4

Independence Day (15th of August). There also cultural program where students perform dance and singing. On 2 October we celebrated Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti. On 14 Nov we Celebrated Children day. Children day is celebrated in the memory of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. There are also cultural program on this occasion. On 26th of January we celebrated Republic day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very affordable ranging from 13000 to18000 depending on the course.Bsc life science was just 15k per year. Sometimes 300-1000 rs. Examination fees is also added but once in three year course. Hostel fees is 35k per year- food included. Students get hostels based on merit and there are very few seats available.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have much idea about this, but yes I had few friends who took certain scholarships based on their family income and merit basis also. But ya people are helpful if you really need one you can go and contact office person they will let you know about all this.

Campus Life

4.5

Sports - baseball, basketball football, cricket, badminton, archery etc. Ramjas is indeed very good for sports and extracurricular activities. Full support from faculty and college. Proper training and facilities are provided. Even scholarship are provided on sports quota.

Hostel Facilities

4

Great hostel, spacious, nice food friendly environment- 35k and that is worth it because living anywhere else in space like that and getting so many facilities at that affordable price is next to impossible in Delhi.

Alumni/Alumna

Great network, everyone is helpful because everybody is so attached to this college that no one will ever deny to help. And there are people from different walks of life, Lieutenant to IIM-A Allumini, you can get life science pass outs from ramjas anywhere you'll look for.

Admission

You need to apply for du entrance through merit 12th based Marks, then every college released their own cut off, if you clear that cut off you are eligible to get admission on those preceeding few days with verified documents needed through that process.

Faculty

4

It's du, they are all well and highly educated and experienced they have great knowledge and they put all there efforts to ensure good quality of education to students. They are actually interested in teaching, ofcourse exceptions are always there, but majority of them are really very good. They are supportive and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Life science includes zoology botany and chemistry considering this combo I think the study material is quite okay in terms of topics chemistry connects school teaching with one step ahead learning . Zoology provides new insights on various topics . Botany covers deeper understanding of syllabus . So overall it's good . Hands on lab work meets the demand of the subject . Also the topics taught match with the type of questions asked in exam. Difficulty level i would say it's moderate for botany and zoology but for chemistry is quite tough. Time management is a much needed skill for examination purpose. For course curriculum i would say more focus on current situation should be laid rather than history .

The average package is around 6.5-7 LPA and the highest usually varies from 13-15 LPA L. Usually 50 percent of the students get placed directly from campus and rest usually pursue some other academic programs or even off campus placements.

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.
