Remarks

The college needs to be updated with time and the management should provide the latest facilities to its students whenever needed. Altogether it's good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum & exam structure was a little outdated then and need updating and improvement in all aspects of teaching & learning. It should be both research-driven & industry-specific so that the students can learn, choose and excel in their paths. Industrial visits, seminars, workshops, and live sites were included which was beneficial.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements were available based on the need and availability. Various types of companies and firms come and go choosing their required numbers after tests and interviews. It was handled by the placement cell for which extra fees had to be given. The placed students had to give a part of their salary to it. However, they didn't provide the required training to students in order to excel in the tests and interviews.

College Events

3.5

All kinds of events were conducted for all the groups as per the time availability. There were big and grand in scale and involved a lot of resources. All categories of students were able to conduct and participate in various kinds of events and programs all throughout. Most of them were well organized and successful in nature.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible and reasonable as the seats were based on merits. Various Scholarships and Stipends were available for different categories of students. Huge additional fees were not present and all the fee structure is transparent in nature. The mode of payment during that time was by cash alone which was time-consuming and difficult.

Fees and Financial Aid

College Scholarships were available for different categories of students and were based on different criteria such as family income and job etc. Average sum varied for various scholarships.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus life, gender ratios, economic status, and student diversity were fair and just along with communal harmony. Politics was a part of campus along with other student groups and organizations which would conduct various rallies, programs, and sessions for students of all kinds.

Hostel Facilities

3

No, I didn't opt for hostels as it was allotted through merit procedure. The hostel seats are not sufficient for all and moreover, it was old and not up to the mark. The hostel rates were reasonable but others prepared to stay in PGs and private hostels with reasonable rates.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, there are various alumni chapters and networks which help others and stay connected whenever required. They have also added to the experience and possibility of doing new and achieving great.

Admission

I opted for this PG course as an add-on benefit to my professional/academic career. This institution is one of the prime & prestigious institutions in this field with experienced staff and good resources. The admission procedure depends on the GATE score and seat availability during the allotment process.

Faculty

4

The faculties belonged from prime institutions and were learned and experienced with some having Ph.D. doctorates while others having rich site experience. The experienced staff imparted their knowledge through classes, sessions, seminars, workshops, etc. Classes were also taken through videos and slides for better understanding and clarity.
