Remarks

The college is overall good but yes there are many fields in which they had to work more for college betterment.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course system followed by our college is of AICTCE and the exam pattern is similar to the rest of the colleges in India like we have 2 internals in each semester and at the end of each semester, we have the external paper Every year new courses and syllabus are groomed in various branches so that students can get the full knowledge of various aspects of engineering which includes technical knowledge of various industries Many industrial visits had been organized by our institution till date and many more will be organized Also there is a placement cell on our college which allows us to go at the various reputed institution for enhancing our technical skills and for internships and various summer and winter training.

Placement Experience

3

Various companies like TATA VIPRO etc comes annually to our college students of electronics and communication and computer science branch gets placed very easily rest branches had rarely any chance of getting placed except some of the cases Institutions have TEQUIP classes organized for students of 3rd and final year so that they can perform in their placement interviews and also in upcoming exams related to their respective fields.

College Events

3

Technical events like spandhan in which many events like robots fight artificial intelligence and many hacking competitions are organized. Sports events like josh in which every student get the opportunity to showcase his sportsmanship in various games and sports A cultural event like goonj annually is the best part of the whole year. Except for these various branches related activities like savitaar which is a car racing activity are done The budget related to all these activities is more tha a crores as these activities are organized at a very huge level.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There is full transparency in the fee breakdown and students have the full right to know about the fee structure and also the current semester wise fee charged by our institution is 50000 per semester which includes the mess and hostel charges except this there are no additional fees required for anything also the top 5 students get a scholarship of Rs 5000 every year from every branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided to the top 5 students of each branch according to their academic result every year and it is provided yearly to the selected students.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life is full of adventures if you are a nature lover then it's heaven for you every weekend there is some sort of entertaining activities so that students can chill out Labs are fully functional and sports competition are held up regularly also many robotics IOT challenges are given to students.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostels are provided to each student of every year and except final year student hostel rest hostels are on the sharing basis of Maximus 4 student in a room in some histels these are 3 and I would also like to add that every room is big enough to hold 4 students at a time also they provide a studying table and an almirah to each student the fees for these hostels are already taken by the administration of our college while we submit the fee of our course but the fee is very minimus for both hostel and mess around 14000 for each semester.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful if you respect them in each and every case they will let you know about branch faculties and will help you about your studies any type of requirement of books they are always there to help you not only academics but also on the field they will help you in sports.

Admission

Admission is through JEE MAINS result. I chose it because the college has the 5th most beautiful campus in India and is also close to my home also it is one of the prestigious institutions in Uttarakhand after IIT ROORKEE. In the month of May, the UTU counseling starts online in which the students have to register themselves and then apply for the various colleges in which they want to get admission. After this the whole selection process is done by the UTU and accordingly, students have to just wait for the result and after some time college will be allotted and students have to directly report to the college with documents on the admission date.

Faculty

3

The faculty is very helpful of my branch at least and is centrally posted so they are well qualified in their respective field most of the faculties are IITIAN that is they have done their M.TECH from IITS or NITS and except this help you in sports also.

Delhi Technological University - [DTU], Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum at DTU is quite relevant and comprehensive. The reason I chose this course was the mix of strong fundamentals in the first year—like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Programming—followed by department-specific core and elective courses that allow some flexibility and specialization. The curriculum gives a solid foundation for both real-world applications and further studies, especially through hands-on projects and lab work. That said, some areas could be improved, like including more industry exposure, internships, and practical case studies to bridge theory and real-world problems. Exams happen twice a semester (mid-terms and end-terms) and include assignments and projects as part of evaluation. While most exams are manageable if you keep up with the coursework, a few subjects can be challenging, and preparation is key to avoid surprises.

National Institute of Technology - [NIT], Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Communication Engineering)

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. To sum up, NIT Delhi is a very solid foundation for the students whether they want to have a career or continue with their education.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive, with practical modules and industry-focused content that influenced my choice. It effectively bridges academic knowledge with real-world applications. However, adding more case studies and interdisciplinary approaches could enhance learning. Exams are well-timed but could better assess critical thinking. Teaching methods would benefit from integrating more interactive and hands-on sessions.
