Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee-structure is absolutely feasible. The semester fee is 17500 only there are medical insurance, hostel fee and library fee which in total sums upto 25k for a semester. As a student belonging to a middle-class family, it is feasible for him to pay such amount.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are a lot of scholarships offered by the college. There are scholarships from Gymkhana, former director DM Sen, etc. Besides, there are scholarships offered by the government.
Campus Life
The ratio of boys and girls is almost 4:3. There is no diversity among students. Campus life is awesome as it has a gym, 2 great grounds, an auditorium and this great academic building. A year before, students from the college has won a robotics competition held in Noida and came out first allover India. In other words, college life has provided the students a good helping hand.
Hostel Facilities
There are a total of 11 hostels for students in which 4 are for girls and 7 others for boys. There is a quarter for non-Indian students. Talking about the mess food, it is quite good. The monthly expenditure for mess food never exceeds 1800 as we get 50% subsidy from the government.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors have been very much helpful throughout my college life. Ragging has no identity in the college campus. The alumni network is very much active as they reunite every year and give tips to fellow students for their future life.
Exam Structure
There are 2 semesters. The odd semester starts from mid week of November and the other starts from mid week of April. The lab tests are taken two weeks before the exam so it helps the students not to worry about their semester exams and they get whole lot of time to prepare for the same.
Faculty
Since this is a college of national importance, the teachers are highly qualified and from great universities. The teachers always guide the students to achieve everything a youth wants to. The teachers always appreciate the students who want to do something out of the box.
