Overall it is a decent college and can provide a good platform for your future plans. If you are an average student you can be sure of getting a package of 3-4lpa easily. In the end it all depends on the individual hard-work.

Join here for a chilled study environment. Attendence is not an issue (but u need to have atleast 40-50% of it).The college is very small in area with no playground.The labs are only upto the minimum level required for btech. Canteen has nothing much to offer.

Placements are good. Average salary offered is around 3.5lpa.Higest salary offered last year was 9lpa which is a good amount for a fresher. Internships are provided with a basic stipend. There are lot of societies for providing internship related advice and projects.

There are a hell lots of events. The main event is GATES. Many famous punjabi singers perform during the fest. Various singers who have performed are gurdas man, guri, ninja, Diljit dosanjh. There are many technical events and many events of various societies almost one every month.

Fee is feasible and is less than most of the ip colleges. It is around 1lakh/year. Fees changes every year. So including all your expenses like pg rent, food, travel, laundery it will cost you around 2lakh/year.

There are loans available from delhi sikh Gurudwara management committee which the organisation running the college. loans can be easily obtained from Punjab National Bank whose one branch is just next to the college.

College does not have a sports ground of its own. But students can use the Hari nagar sports complex which is just next to the college. Gtbit students excel in all of the sports. The college has best teams of tug of war, weightlifting, athletics, cricket.

Hostel is not available but you will find lots of pgs near the college. Rate of a pg starts from as low as ?4000 to as high as ?17000 per month. Many independent flats are also available near the college so you won't face any problem in finding a place to stay.

Seniors are very helpful but it depends on you whom to approach and in whose company you want to join. There are many good seniors who are always ready to help.ragging is not allowed and seniors only come to the class for a mere introduction on the first day. You won't find any difficulty mingling with others here.

The admission is on the basis of the ip University college allocation which is on the basis of your jee mains rank.This is a sikh minority college hence more than 60% of the seats are reserved for sikh students.

Some of the faculty are excellent in their subjects,while others are just average. Some.of the teachers are.horrible.Many teachers are Phd holders. Most of the teachers show interest in teaching and are always ready to help.
