College environment and opportunities

College could improve over 85% mandatory attendance which I think too much for College students otherwise rest is good

In 1 st year we are required to studies some topics of all the branches, which is a little weird because we waste our time over this instead we can use this time to study or research some more things about our own branch. Our College is based on the V.T.U pattern so, they focus a little more on theory part but even though we get sufficient labs and practical work which is very interesting. The exam structure is like this: we have total 8 semester in 4 years and in each semester we have two Mid exam and 1 final Sem- end exam plus some tasks and assignment in between.

The placements are average here with some being very good. Yes our College provide with internship program, but I have yet to enroll on that but from seniors I have heard that its very good. All over the year many events are calibrated all over the year. We have Traditional day, Annual day, Induction program, Incridea fest, Cultural program, Club festival,etc.All over the year many events are calibrated all over the year. There are two types of fees one who have taken seats through C-tech exam who are residents of Karnataka and ones who come from all over India through Comedk. For C-tech its 60,000-75000 rs while for comedk its 2,00,000. So for residents its low but for others its quite expensive

Yes. We have scholarship for toppers and people whose family income is very low. Plus it also provides student-loan facilities also.

Our College gives very important to sports and extra curricular activity. We have football ground, Basketball and badminton stadium, Hockey ground, table tennis court, and two gyms and many more.

Hostel fee is around 40,000rs per year. With mess fees being excluded which is 17000 rs per semester. Every year its prices fluctuate a little bit, but remains nearly same.

The College is situated in Karnataka. So the state takes an exam, all India level which is called ComedK. I secured a rank of 21,000 and selected Information Science branch for my bachelor's. The College is situated in huss greenery area and I very much like the environment here. The faculty are good plus we get a lot of opportunities to out grow ourself in every respect.

All are qualified with having done P.H.D and M.Sc., e.t.c.
