Review of Tuls's Institute Dehradun

The College provide very good placement for management students like for marketing and sales. But there are no serious placement for B.Tech, were they suggest technical students to join management company. In terms of teaching the faculty are qualified but there is regular changes in faculties so there is very less interaction between teacher and students. The practical labs are very less used for students as compared to used for online examination purpose for outsider. They are various cultural technical celebration in our College but they charges money from students who don't even participate also. College infrastructure is very good as compared to other Colleges at dehradun. But I recommended not to take admission in this College.

Course curriculum for b.tech CSE department is very well it contains all the subjects necessary for development of an individual in computer Science Engineer. Examination are also very well structure were student can relax and easily give there exams. But lab are very frequently and end up with hectic day cause we do not get to learn anything from lab.

The placements for management is very well groomed in our College. There are so many companies of marketing, sales which arrive at our College for placement.but for the technical student there is very less opportunity for getting placed in our College, very less amount of technical companies arrived at our College. Our College provide internship with collaboration with many companies but is mostly for management companies.

Our College is filled with many events celebration where there is utkrist as a technical event, sanskriti as a cultural event. The events are very big and there is lots of participation in them but For conducting such events the College charges money from the student.

The fee structure for BTech is 102000 each year for academic and it's expensive amount. Hostel fees are very minimal where it starts from 68000 80000 which is the amount for 10 months. While student is getting admission in our College he or she need to pay 5000 as a security deposit too.

There is scholarship provided by University to the institute for the students who are from Uttrakhand and have applied for the scholarship under certain condition. Loan can be accessed from any bank to which student have to provide College bonafide and fee structure to the bank and can easily get loan for education.

Extracurricular activities are decent.lab are just for earning money by providing online examination centre, we couldn't gain practical knowledge. Sports activities are very good. Gender ratios in our class was like 5:92 girl boy respectively. Our College don't entertain for students parties. There is a good amount of workshop conducted by College. Students are from various parts of India and Nepal have diversity in culture and there in no discrimination on gender,race, religion, sexual orientation, politics or economic status.

There are room available without balcony starting from 68000 where with balcony it goes from 70000-75000 and if you need and room with attached bathroom in need to pay 5000 more. The rooms are made for two peoples where you get bad,table, chair and cupboard.The food is also included with the hostel charges. If the hostel seats are full then there are are so many other options to stay nearby College like PG,hostel, rent extra. And the average cost of getting a room nearby College is 3000 to 10,000 per month.

There was very good experience with my College seniors. And the worst thing I have seen that College charge money to conduct meetings or programs for alumni get-together were there is less amount of alumni interaction.

I got to know about this College from internet and called on the given number on website. I was tolled to visit the College, then I went to visit the College and I had an personal interview to which they have selected me. I was told to pay admission fee, academic fee and hostel fee of first year. I made my choice to computer Science engineer cause I saw that the College have Microsoft innovation center and have good reputation for computer science course.

The faculty of our College are very intelligent and qualified. But College always change the faculties so there is very less interaction between student and teachers.some of the teachers are itself the student of our College who have just passed out and appointed as our teacher.
