The best cricket stadium, football ground is for those students who are interested in sports
They are well designated and well educated in their respectful domains and they treat all the students with kindness and love , theirs teaching methods are also quite easy to understand and they all are so understanding and cooperative
This college has the best placement rating this is the best college in all north india for placement highest package in 34 lakh per annum and the average package is 3 lakh per annum

Dislikes

Mess , mess food is very awful and horrible, students get food poisoning from there
Mess is very bad food in hostel. It always think in money only
Cafe food is also not so good , it's bareable but not so good as it should be

GETTING TO KNOW TULA'S INSTITUTE

Likes

The first thing was the learning culture. Like there was seriousness for studying.
Sports facilities for the students for various kind of sports like cricket , football , badminton etc. There is a separate ground for specific sport.

Dislikes

I prominently doesn't like the food of the mesh. This was the worst thing I had to deal with in the college.
Un-necessary fees and charges like fines over small things like if someone do late registration for the semesters. There is no ruke for late registration for semesters , but they charge per day and the charging scheme is very awful.

Placement Experience:

Placements come to our college , but there are generally startups they doesn't provide direct job , they ask for bonds and get to pay only after we complete their unpaid internship. I personally got selected in a startup named SprintM Technologies, but the offer letter terms and conditions were just awful.

Good college for btech student

Likes

The campus should be expanded And everything else is fine
Faculty is very nice and all teacher are good
Placement is good but more companies should come and this college is good in this budget other colleges are valuable

Dislikes

There should be water facility on every floor.
Some things are right and some things are not right and everything is not perfect
If it had its own university, it would have been even better.

Tula Institute makes us talented!

Likes

Our college has a welfare society that works especially for the welfare of the students.
A minimum of 70% is asked for admission in engineering in PCM subjects as otherwise there are no admissions.
Since ours is an autonomous college affiliated to a state university, it has more value than any private university.

Dislikes

Outsiders are from just a few states and therefore we don't have a diverse crowd as our neighbouring college like ICFAI has.

Godrej, Infosys and likewise tech and non-technical companies which have decided to have some AI engineers in their ranks are coming to our college. Also since our college don't have such big strength like the private universities have and therefore placements final figures may be small but in all, our percentage of placements are better and higher than those of the private universities.

Tula Institute is a Talisman!!

Our college canteen is perhaps the best as it provides over 100 items and that too at a reasonable price.
Career guidance is also provides to the ones who are seeking to study abroad.
Our college has tie-ups with various international universities and therefore we get opportunities to study from professors of those universities.

Dislikes

Placements are good but Internships still lacks and that's a major issue.

At our college placements happen in 7th semester and those who are left a special Day Zero is organized for them. So in short all get the opportunity to give their shot at it and around 80% gets placed as well. I have decided to pursue M.Tech and therefore I have started preparing for the entrance and our college provides assistance in that as well.

Tula Institute is a gem!

I got to learn about many languages and cultures as our college has students from various provinces of India.
Our college has some of the best labs and since I am pursuing AI&ML, we have seperate floor for AI.
Location is picture perfect as Mussoorie is visible from our campus.

Dislikes

Not many events happens during the course of the year.

Tula Institute has a policy where students have to have a severe training during the second year. Communication skills and all are very important for a engineering student and we are taught that in the training program. So finally comes the placements and around half the batch is seen getting placed every year from our college.

Tula Institute is outstanding!

Likes

Definitely the infrastructure as it probably one of the best in Dehradun.
Faculties are merciless as it's a good quality because they are strict they make students strict as well.
Discipline is taught here above all and that's the best thing about our college.

Dislikes

Hostels are little congested as students are increasing but not the hostels.

Placement Experience:

At our college placements are super amazing as we have over 500 studnets every year and still 70% studnets are placed from campus. Activities of the same are also seen currently and around 30+ companies have already made their way to our campus.

Likes

Definitely the location as it is very far from main city and therefore no hustle and bustle around.
Our placements cell has ensured that not just engineering but management students too stand a fair chance at placements.
Faculties are qualified from top management colleges of the country like IIMs, XLRIs, and JBIMS and others.

Dislikes

Just one canteen among two colleges is less as strength of the college is over 2000.

P&G, Jyothi Laboratories and many such companies and even technology companies are also some which comes for placements. However I have plans for further studies so I won't be applying for job otherwise placement as high as 12lakhs have been provided by our campus.

Tula Institute is magnificent!!

LAN Cabling is installed all around the campus and therefore Wi-Fi connectivity is seen all around the campus.
Library is air-conditioned and there are two libraries in all as for management department and engineering department both are different.
A fully equipped sports complex is also there and from Kabaddi to Football, all the facilities are there.

Dislikes

Out college is located in Selakui and it's way far from top places in Dehradun.

Placement Experience:

Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein India, Levis Strauss & Co and likewise many textile and tech companies dominated the placements here in last two years or so. Around 50-60% students of CSE were placed with an annual package of 6-8 lakhs.

The nice and affordable college life

Likes

The campus is very good and have well maintained building, labs and also well maintained playing grounds.And also have a good cafeteria
The faculties are very good and very friendly. They help you in all the ways.
The boys and girls are approx in 2:1.5 2 for boys and 1.5 for girls and many placement company are also coming every year and tula's is also very strong in social media

Dislikes

Some partially for students at the basis of that they are introvert or extrovert how they are looking and their background
They focus most on fests and events rather than studies
Some faculties have attitude and not helping students just try to rule on them

Placement Experience:

Many companies got visit tech companies and marketing and sells companies and the highest package is of Google 45L and minimum is Calvin Klein 5L.And the eligible students are those which have 80% in their all semester but also for average students and from 3rd year students are rdy for placement drives

Balance campus life

The college events and fest are really good and event based on monthly basisbasis
No ragging by seniors and the decepline part is good
College management is really good they manage small and large event smoothly

Dislikes

Partiality happens in everything in sports dance etc
Not much focus regarding the study part they mainly focus in event and fest part
College campus is not that much big and according to the amount of student

Placement Experience:

Tulas Institute, students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. Many companies visit the campus like TCS, Wipro, Byju’s, HCL, and Tech Mahindra. The highest package offered was around 22 LPA by a foreign company, but for most students, the average package is between 3 to 5 LPA depending on the branch and profile. Common profiles offered are software developer, sales executive, business analyst, and technical support. Around 70–80% of students get placed
