One of the best college

It was a beautiful journey with techno India with not much of negative thoughts. A good time spent studying and enjoying though not getting placed within campus always hit hard atleast until you land a job.

Course Structure though good is not compatible to current industry requirements. University needs to update soon. Exams pattern was well spaced and not hectic though labs at times did become little hectic but was still good enough. Non lab days were totally chilled out.

Lot of companies come for campussing to the college every year and recruit many students. Many MNCs like Tata Infosys Accenture etc do come. Though unluckily for our batch campussing was a lot dull because of recession. But otherwise good package and placement is always there.

Every year cultural annual college fest is held for 3 - 4 days. This is generally held outside campus area. Technical fest is arranged within the campus area and students are encouraged to participate in such activities. There are sports competitions and football/cricket/kabaddi competitions that are also held.

Fee structure on an average is at par with other private colleges under WBUT All professional and Engineer courses are expensive today and this college is no different from other private players. It is actually pretty expensive and not affordable for many though some scholorship opportunities are available but very limited and for selective students only.

I have heard about some scholarship program that college provides but I or any of my friends have not availed it. I do not know about the loan program either. Merited students might get some scholorships I suppose but I'm not sure about it either.

There are many sports competitions like cricket football sports races etc which one can take part in. Technical and cultural fests to showcase talent. Workshops are held often. There is no discrimination on the basis of gender either in admission or as such in college during the course duration.

Sat for entrance exam post BSC in Maths and Cleared JECA in 2010. Counseling was scheduled by WBUT and like all engineering admissions attended counselling and Choose this college. Went to college and submitted required documents and fees to get admitted.

Superb faculty. Very friendly and accomodating. Classes almost always happened per schedule. They were always there to help whenever required especially during the minor and major projects in the last two semesters.
