For me, Maulana Azad College is like a temple of worship it consists of everything all the necessities. Reasons for me to go to college apart from enjoyment the classes are highly I interesting and the faculty and the administration is highly flexible hence with a complete space with all the basic amenities.
Course Curriculum Overview
MAC has given me all the chances of proving myself the best of which is its great faculty and work courses. Followed strictly in the Calcutta University curriculum, all the teachings will be imparted by the best of the teachers and the HOD himself with it the most assurance of understanding. This college provides all the information needed for proper study materials notes
Placement Experience
Me being a 1st-year student have still not gone through the recruitment process but from our companies viewpoints different colleges inside and outside India search for students willing to do higher education the students are also prepared for competitive exams for post-graduation from institutes outside cum college.
College Events
Maulana Azad College is a so-called hub of celebrations. Starting from Holi Iftar, Eid Saraswati Puja and all others are celebrated in this auspicious institutions. Students take high initiatives to do something big for the college itself. Every years there are seminars and departmental debates hosted in the coming years the college will be coming up.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is promoted by the state government as the amount is very less flexible. The amounts procured for our college admission was 2015 INR and 300 INR for filling the admission apart from that no extra funds are required for the payement because the whole amount is fixed by State Government itself.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't got availed for ANU scholarship or students loan but it's clear that women who are interested in studying are given classes with the least amount backed if problems aroused but overall women have a scholarship name the Kanyashree issued from the university itself.
Campus Life
As per the college official system, it is a unisexual institution that never procures any wrong in any way. The college is an anti-ragging campus and student-friendly the union and all the students and officials as well the college officials are highly compromising students safety and wellbeing. Every year the freshers have welcomed grandeur with high reasons to do good and accept the college.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are the most gentle and the kind person that this college has ever got. Based on the brotherhood college is highly safe and protocol each and every student is frank and helpful. The union, as well as the college officials, are always there to help people and students who are in need.
Admission
This story starts from the day I completed my ISC examination from St Joseph'S College, searching for streams that were flexible for me to study and eventually I found keen interest in studying economics as well as I got 91 grade in economics as a subject in class 12s. Studying economics Hons was my dream as I wanted to get a rank with this stream and do research on the subject I opted for.
Faculty
The college is backed by a number of lectures which includes seminars personal interactions with committees debates and official lined channels for all the department twice or more in a year. Except the weekend i.e Sunday and other holidays grouped by the government or others in case of emergencies, there is no miss in lectures as the students.
