No, in my opinion there is no negative comments related to my college. I think college provide good academic and professional life to all students. We are not only learn but also experience alot of things.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course and exams are good for students. Course plan covers the important topics of engineering in different departments. Exams are conducted as per syllabus. Exam includes two internals and one university exam for a particular semester.

Placement Experience

I this year above 400 students get job through campus placement.in campus interview includes TCS, MRF, SUTHERN LAND, SOUTH INDIAN BANK, EY, VVDN, L&T. They provide chances to academically talent students.

College Events

Dwani, conjura, robo fest, tezoro, arts fest, sports meet, hostal day, union inaguration, department Union inaguration, drishti, steps, cultual fest, union day, freedom day, swathi thirunal music fest, icon girl, womens day celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, this is college is fist engineering college in Kerala. This is government engineering college. So fee structure is feasible to all students. The semester fee,admission fee, exam fee, hostel fee are not expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

E-grantz, all India Council for Technical Education. The Museum of Modern Art, national merit com,Technip India limited scholarship program, maths grade, womens scholarship, cad scholarship, ieee scholarship.

Campus Life

Cycle club, hostal gym, college gym, music band, music club, dance club, canteen team, football league, cricket league, drama club, magazine group, women cell, arts club, nss, ncc, film studio, gaming centre, build a home.

Admission

For BTech, the student must score good mark in engg entrance exam. In case of MTech, student must score good mark in GATE exam conducted by various iits. I got MTech admission in CET through GATE EXAM 2018.

Faculty

Faculty members in my college are very best teacher. Because they were different iit products. They teach and share their experiences in engineering to us for me they are not only teacher. They also good parents.

Placement Experience:

College offers lots of placements for B.Tech and MTech . Lots of comapnys are visited and lots of students are placed . Top most companies like L and T, ULCC, TCS, Microsoft etc are visited and they conducted Test and GD and select students accordingly

Placement opportunities are good. As I understand each students get minimum 20 company interview chances. students are placeed in TCS, Johson & Johson, eependorf, cipla, infosys etc. i think some where around 50000 per month was the highest. lowest is 15 k i believe.

In a very short period of time the college us able to match the standards of IIT. Few of my batchmates received pre-placement offers during the college internship program. The college was able to provide the highest package of around 30 LPA and the average package was 11 LPA. Life at CET

This college is the best government college in Kerala. It has been consistently first in KIRF ranking. It has very cheap fees. The campus is very beautiful and spacious (about 200 acres). My best choice of colleges very IITs and NITs like most people. I couldn't crack JEE. I only applied to this college because I had very high ranking in KEAM exam and was confident of acceptance. KEAM exam is a lot easier to crack than JEE. It has basic higher secondary school syllabus. To get my course you would have to be around 700th rank. To get other courses in my college you can have rank as low as 20k....Read More
