University is fine and a quiet good one to purse your studies as the University rules and Examination pattern is Student Friendly students can easily Pass the Examination with worrying much about academics and hence can perform in other activities or their interest which could develop new Skills in them. GURUKULA KANGRI VISHWAVIDYALAYA is a pretty Fine Institute.

Course Curriculum is similar to those in NITs or other Higher Institutions as recommended by AICTE. Also here there are few additional course like Vedic Science and Yogic Science which are in Curriculum. Examination are taken on Semester basis with end Semester Exam a theory Exam of 70 marks for each subject students are give 30 marks for their performance in class tests as Internal Marks. Hence each subject carries 100 maximum marks out of which a student must obtain 40 to get passed.

Decent placements are provided by the University mostly offered in the field of Computer Science in various Private organisation offering a good annual packages. University also provides Intership to its students on regular basis PMKVY internship is recent example of it. University oraganizes Workshops and Seminars for students to develop Employable Skills.

University Celebrates various programmes and events throy the year. There is a National Level Techfest JNANAGNI organised by the ENGINEERING FACULTY which is the biggest attraction for students. Also there is a Annual Youth Festival organised by UNIVERSITY in which various events are organised. Moreover there are Events of Sports almost every Sport event either on National or State level take palce in University every year. Some of them are GPL for cricket, ESL for football and much more.

Its Feasible for almost every course as the University is Government Financed but few Course are Self Financed as B.TECH yet the Course is Feasible and much less as compared to other Institutions. The annual fee for B.TECH this year was ?83500 per annum. This fee is not Expensive if compare it with fee structure of other Institutions.

University offers few loan as well as Scholarship to the needy and deserving students. Students below Poverty line can pay fee in installments and can also opt for loan from University which they have to pay back as soon as they a Employment. Scholarship schemes are also available for deserving meritorious students.

There are various extracurricular activities taking place on Universities there are seprate Cells or Clubs for organising such activities. Sports Club, Cultural activity Cell and few other clubs like Eco Club & Environmental Club functions properly in University.

Hostels are provided to students who come to pursue Studies from other states of INDIA. There are various Hostels in University Campus. Hostels are affordable and cheap as compared to private rooms also there are good rooms available with different seating capacity. Students get Sports facilities as well as free WiFi excess in Hostels. But the most annoying thing in Hostel is fooding facilitiy and Cleanliness of Toilets. Overall its good and fine atmosphere to live in Hostels.

There is Seprate Alumni Club through which Alumni of University can keep a touch with University and it's Students. Every year Alumni Meet is organised by every Faculty of University to make a proper connection between Students and Alumni and also to inspire and motivate Students. Seniors in the University are very helpful and caring as well.

I got admission in the University through the JEE MAINS All INDIA Rank. Do get admission in B.TECH you must take part in JEE MAINS Examination taken by NTA twice in a Year. University provides you the Branch in B.TECH course according to your Rank in JEE MAINS Examination. For other courses there are Entrance Examination taken by University itself.

The Faculty of the University is fine on an average with few teachers being extraordinary and few good ones as well but on other hand there are some below average faculty members. Faculty members here in the University are helpful and are very friendly with the students.
