NIT Arunchal Pradesh is Amazing!!

Placement Experience:

Lucky that I am doing ECE as companies like Huawei and Samsung are among the companies that hires our branch students. I am not sure about placements and all as how and when they are done is little far from in the year which I am currently studying.

Placement Experience:

Very few students get placement in my college. Students from 6 semester are eligible for campus placement. NEEPCO and OIL are the one who frequently visit NERIST with placement offers. A minimum of 7.5 CGPA is needed for placement offers.

Life at NERIST

Placement Experience:

The campus scenario is improving day by day but it is not still upto the mark. Many companies come for hiring but most of which offer only average package of 4LPA which is very less compared to other colleges. Highest package ranges from 8-10 LPA.

SMALL BUT BENEFICIAL

Placement Experience:

The placement are very good here. I have joined recently so yah I don't know much about the highest and average placement of the institute. The highest percentage among all is from mechanical. The students of mechanical engineering had a higher percentage of jobs as compared to other branches. I will do M.Tech after my B.Tech.

Placement Experience:

For getting placement, We gave to be first eligible without having any backlogs . The companies that use to visit are google, Microsoft, L & T ,and so on. The percentage is 6.5 and above CGPA . My plans is to go for competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are 3 exams conducted, for first exam eligibility is after 10th and the course will be of 6 years, for 2nd exam the eligibility is after 12th and the duration of the course will be of 4 years, and for the third the eligibility is after doing diploma and duration of the course will be 3 years, the application forms are available in the institute website and it's still accepting responses for some more time period

The university life

I only applied in this university because this is the only govt. University near to me and the most reputed university of Arunachal pradesh. I didn't apply for any others colleges because masters can be done only in this university. The procedure for admission in this university is to crack or score high in so called RGUCET exam. The cut off marks was about 0.25 for each negative answer and 4 marks for every correct answer from 100 questions. Yeah,I choose this University because of good education they provide and they teach conceptually, so here I'm. And also environment of this University is also good and natural beauty is awesome.Academic infrastructure is also fabulous and academic faculties are also good enough in the Sense that they are friendly and no need to wait for long time if you have some work in there.And also, sports facility is best in this University, and I'm not hassitate to saying that this University have one of the best sports faculty department in india.
