College Experience

Techno India is a place for learning as well as fun. You need to find the balance yourself. You are not restricted by the authorities so you need to decide for yourself what is good for you and what's not. If you figure out your excellencies then you can prosper in Techno India.

The course curriculum is good. The professors are good at what they do but attending the classes is your choice, you won't be forced to do so. So if you are interested you can learn alot. There are 2 semester consisting of 6 subjects each semester and it is a 3 year course.

Our college has one of the best placement record in West Bengal. Almost 90% of the students gets placed in IT companies such as TCS Wipro Cognizant and Capgemini. Infact, I am working in TCS right now. So if you do your studies right, there is no need to worry regarding job opportunities.

There are many fests held in our college. Some are cultural while some are technical. Also there are various workshops held almost throughout the year. So there is a lot to explore and you can excel in whatever you like.

The fee structure is 40 thousand per semester for 6 semester and there is a 10 thousand admission fee. It might seem a little expensive to many but the quality of education and the placement they offer are totally worth it.

There is nothing of this sort that I know of. Although there are many government scholarships that can be available and there is a partnership with PNB so they provide flexible loan facilities of many kinds.

There are a lot of extracurricular activities to chose from. They include various kinds of sports and e-sports. You can chose whatever you are interested in as there are plenty of options to chose from.

The alumni network and seniors are really helpful. They might be rude sometimes but they won't refuse to help you in anyway. They will support you in every step of your college as well as your life. You can count on them like your big brother.

I was asked about my interests and I had to show my marksheets of 10th and 12th. They mainly focuses on your marks in computer related subjects and maths as it was a computer based stream. Overall you will be evaluated based on your science and computer skills.

They are really polite and helpful. Although sometimes the concerned faculty might not be available but they will get your things done anyway. The professors come from different backgrounds so there is a diversity among the faculty and therefore you can learn a lot of new things.
