The NSS college of engineering palakkad is a heaven. Where every one is unity and the build a real engineers to the society. The faculty labs are excellent. Games the support very well. There are lots of beautiful places in college like garden.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is good. Nss engineering college and majority engineering college is under dr APJ ABDUL KALAM UNIVERSITY. Course is divide in to 8 semester and by each semester student attain a minimum of 24 credits. And overoll 192 credit must be attained.
Placement Experience
The placement cell in NSS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING is helpful. In the year 2019 more than 50 percent of students are placed in campus and some of them are placed in off campus also. Core companies and software companies are recruited.
College Events
There are lots of program held in our college the programs like noopuram, freshers day, college day, union day etc and we celebrate onam celebration, new year, holi and so on. The main event is 'dyuksha'(techinical and cultural fest) it is a 3 days program in which all around india, college students will participate.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible. Nss college of engineering palakkad is government aided college so fee for per semester is less than five thousand rupees only. No additional fees where brought from college because the college is under the state government
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is given by state government or centeral government for a student who got around ten thousand rupees per year as a scholarship. There is no need for a loan facility because inly less than five thousand rupees per semester is needed and students who belong to lower categories have no fee.
Campus Life
EDC cells, NSS cells and some other cells are there. They held programs as per schedule and time. Labs are excellent. In sports, football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, chess. In every year majority of the winner title is got. And lots of students who represent as a university player in all games
Hostel Facilities
College hostel is quite good. The rate is around below four thousand rupees for student who is opted college hostel including food also. There is a seperate block for every year students. Around eight blocks are there for students. And every month feast will be celebrated in college hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni is very strong every year or two years gap the held a program and support very well. The e senior students are help well the give new ideas and job opportunities. There is a seperate alumi block in the college. It is constructed fully under the help of alumni students
Admission
Nss college of engineering palakkad is a government aided college. I got admission by written an entrance exam named KEAM and by ranklist published, and i got admission. Admission is of 4 session, during 1st session only students got high rank will be alloted. During 2nd session the student have right to change the college and new students are also alloted and so on.
Faculty
The faculty in NSS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING IS excellent. Most of staff are assistant and associate professionals and some of them are doctorate also lab techinicians are do their duty execellent. Overoll the exellent.
