Remarks
My college is one of the best college's in kerala having a good environment and Echofriendly buildings and with many facilities.also we are having a lots of job opportunities here through placements. One and only one thing i felt negative is improper waste management.Which is caused by the improper intervention of municipality we are having here.
Course Curriculum Overview
As far as i am considered,course is good.it consist of classess,sports day,arts day,cultural fest,tech fest etc. Our course consist of six subjects and also with two labs per semester.Also it contains of eight semester's for four years.Each year consist of two semesters.Two series exams and a public exam will be there for each semesters and no external exams will be there for lab.
Placement Experience
A good amount of companies are approaching our placement cell.almost eighty to ninety percent of students are being placed from our college.Special trainings are also provided by college faculty members.College is also providing internship but i didn't attended any because iam just studying third semester.
College Events
Dyuthi,which is our cultural fest that is conducted every year which will be a great festival for us.we really enjoy dyuthi it will be conducted by college union and will be for two to four days.it will be during the even semesters.Tech fests are also conducted in our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is feasible because i am studying in a government engineering college so fees are really low and adorable.Also government are providing fee concessions for students coming feom backward cast also considering their annual income.
Fees and Financial Aid
Actually my college is not providing any scholarship.But since our college is government college,government are providing many scholarship schemes like E-grantz, Central sector scholarship etc.They are all based on our families annual income.
Campus Life
A good lab facility is available in our college.so many labs and workshops are available in each departments.Which can accommodate every students.Each semesters will have two lab subjects.Considering the sports we have a athletic day,and also other sports are there two play grounds are available in which cricket,football,hockey etc are played also we have a gym separately for boys and girls with lots of instruments.They provide us really good experience.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni are really helpful for our college they are providing funds for conducting different events in college like techfest,cultural fest etc.Also senior students are really helpful for us because they really helps in studies.
Admission
After the completion of my higher secondary education i applied for KEAM entrance exam which was conducted by kerala government.it is an exam conducted as two parts,first part is of exam contains physics and chemistry and second part contains maths exam. On scoring minimum of 10 or 20 marks in 3 subjects we will be eligible for the rank list.After the second allotment process we can take admission in colleges as per our rank.
Faculty
We are having a good faculty here.Teachers are experienced and well educated with high qualification. Professor's are very helpful for us they makes us involve in studies.Also take lectures with the help of smart classrooms.Which makes us more understandingunderstanding.
