Syllubus And Curriculum is according to Kerala Technological University ,10 Semester exams,20 series exam are conducted by university (KTU),We have clear all papers within two years of graduation year.

In other department they have placement opportunities, In Archotecture as per KTU curriculum they are offering 6 months internship period in 4th year , it will be with stipend or without stipend according to the Architectural firms which we choose.

We have freshers Day celebrations and freshers football trophy for new comers, Yearly Cultural festival RITU ,other tournaments like cricket, volleyball. We conduct workshops in our campus. Convocation event for graduation.

Its according to Government fee structure. We have pay certain amount in every year as tuition fee and examination fre to govt. Then for college we have to pay transportation fee. If we staying in college hostel we have to pay room rent in every semester , mess bill every month , Histel developing fund once In a year.For renew hostel admission

From college they provide opportunities for all extracurricular activities, we have cultural fest,workshops,sports trophy events for that.Every one will make sure be part of these events.

Yes I'm using college hostel facilities only.It's far better than Private hostel near campus. Students allotted with spacious rooms.Campus hostel is very secure.food will be provided from hostel itself it have shaded front courtyard

Some infrastructure in our college is done by Alumni foundation. They ready to upbuilt the current students. We conduct events like friendly football matches with aluminies for keeping the contact and introducing them to the freshers.

Attend NATA exam for Architecture course, Apply KEAM for Architecture adding NATA score with your +2 score, KEAM will publish rank list according to that ,by merit list we can enter our opted college.

Most of them are done post graduation Phd in respected subjects, They are very helping minded people, Energetic ,have thorough knowledge in teaching subjects ,Every batch will have one Staff Advisor.
