Our college is controlled by only one political organisation. The monopoly of this political party is the only negative side of our college and all other things were fine. Government funding is not properly distributed for the improvement of infrastructure.

Civil engineering is comparatively more easier than the other courses. Basically civil engineering helps to study thing better ,because we can learn by physical means and civil engineering is also a primitive course. Course consist of 8 semesters and for each semesters ,24 credits should be obtained.

Our college provide more job opportunities comparing too other colleges. Here’s placements are increasing by mooted than 100 a year from different companies across the world. But civil engineering have less job interviews.

We conduct cultural programmes every year and we have plenty of resources here. Our Principal, PTA and staffs are greatly encouraging students to achieve their goals rather than studying through an year.

Fee structure is so feasible. As our college is run by government, we students have fee concession. How ever the fee may be roughly about twelve thousand for a year. We have also concession in hostel fee also.

There are no loan facilities offered by our college. Since there is no huge fee structure, all students can afford their fees. And there are several scholarships offered by different agencies to uplift the backward community and the poor.

Our college has very good laboratory facilities for all departments. There is also a big library to enrich the young minds. There are football ground, cricket ground , badminton courts,. for establishing good sports facilities amount the students.

Hostel infrastructure facilities were very nice. Basically our hostel is meant for all types of students. And important thing is that, both our college and hostel is ranging free. There you will get good hospitality and well prepared food.

Alumni network is also strong in our college. It helps to inspire the young minds. Alimony members are very active in organising different programmes in our college. Alumni association helps students to choose their right path.

After completing plus two, wrote Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination. Got rank below 5000 and got admitted to GCEK. The exam has two papers, One paper is Physics and Chemistry and the other is of Maths only. Both have 120 questions each and mark obtained for correct answer is 4 and negative mark is 1.

Faculties were well educated. Even though some of the faculty’s are less encouraging, most of them were kind hearted and loving. We have most of our faculties those are graduated from NITs and IITs. So their knowledge of understanding is very well.
