KIIT Review

I have positive vibes towards college and the college has good surroundings and the environment is good for students.The extra curricular activities help students to get exposure to outside world and help them in competetive world.The college is well equipped with gyms,basketball,tennis courts to keep you fit.The labs are well equipped and good for students.The Classes are fitted with centralized Ac and are large enough in size.The course are good enough and followed in iits too.So it's a good college and will give you a good engineering experience.If studied well you can achieve greater heights.So best of luck.

The courses and the books are very precised and we have two exams per semester.One is mid sem of 20 marks and the other one is end sem of 50 marks and remaining 30 marks are internal marks based on attendence viva etc.

The placement here is good for cse,it,csse,csce and not the same for other branches.Good companies like amazon,HIL etc also come here and mass recruiter also come here.Every student in school of computer engineering is getting placed at most hoti day1 and you work hard you cand get placed on day 0 with package of 7 lpa to 20 lpa.

The college is very good in this field.Our college celebrate each and every festival in a grand way.Student can also attend these celebration be a part of them.The best thing is that you get the feeling of home you never will miss your home during festive seasons.

The fees is bit expensive then other colleges.The tution fees per semester is 150000 and including hostel and other things the semester fees is 181000 per semester.However the fees structure may increase if you opt for ac hostels but the tution fees remains same.

The scholarship is provided to top 500 rank holders.Another scholarship is provided to toppers of every branch during each semester.Although their is loan scheme which many of my friends have availed and which is helpful to many families.

There is no sports quota in this college.However there are many sports activities going in the college. There are many basketball courts,cricket ground and hockey ground.I myself play basketball for this college.Although I will tell that the sports faculty is not that good and they are not up to the mark.There are many politics done during inter university games selection.However the labs are big and well equipped.But for sports it's tough to manage it with studies and I will tell that you can play sports in college but only to keep yourself fit and not to achieve greater heights rather focus on studies.

I can assure you that the hostel part will be the best life experience for you.The hostel infrastructure is very good.There are 2 beded and 3 beded ac/non-ac hostels.Although both are having good structure and you can choose them according to your wish.These hostels will teach you a lot of things which will help you in future.You musg experience this hostel life to enjoy engineering life to fullest

The alumni network is very good.There are many famous personalities passed from our college.Many top ias rank holders are from our college.The seniors are very helpful in nature and cooperative.Although some seniors are not that ready to mingle around and that's good because everyone has their own way of living.

Here we have write entrance test and based on your rank you get your preference of branch.I got 4500 rank and I got cave branch.Although you can get cse branch if you get rank less than 4000.However you can get any other branch up to rank 10000.

The faculty here are good.Although not all the faculty are up to the mark but there are few qualified teacher and their way of teaching is remarkable.The tnp cell teachers help us in placements training and get us trained to face those competitive exams.
