Students generally have to give the KIITEE exam (exam registration can be done from the official college website, https://kiit.ac.in). Admission can also be done through management quota or your jee main score (Information regarding that is regularly updated on the official Kiit website. Reservations: 15% of seats are reserved for SC, 7.5% for ST, and 3% for physically challenged students. Suggested changes: Honestly, the admission process is smooth and easy. I always wanted to pursue Computer Science and Engineering as I always had a passion for technology. Kiit has a good faculty-student ratio of 1:12, having approximately 1800 faculty members. The professors are very friendly. Some are strict, but most of them are very student-friendly and ready to help the students in the best way possible. The quality of teaching is also very good. Teachers give assignments and take quizzes to make you fully prepared for the semester exams and other exams. The exams were on schedule. Paper is a bit tough, but not impossible. As for its engineering, the quality of education is high. So the paper will be a bit tough, but with proper attention in class, questions can be easily solved.

Placements are very good. This year, five students each got a package of 52 lakhs. Over 1500 students got a package of 8LPA or above. The average package stood at 6.05 lpa. KIIT has a record of 100% placement every year.

There is no fee hike. It's the same every year. Rs. 175000 per semester (excl. scholarship if any). Scholarship criteria change sometimes depending on the number of students applying for the exam. Life on campus is beautiful as the college is full of greenery. There are various hotspots, for example, a rose garden, a study park, and countless others. Once you come to college, you might not want to go home as the college is so beautiful and so are the surroundings. You don't have to go anywhere to take pictures. All kinds of books and materials are available in the library. Classrooms are clean, and there is enough space for each student. The college has a number of societies and sports facilities. The hostels are available in 3 bedded , 2 bedded in ac and non ac conditions as you choose. Rooms are clean, with enough spacing and ventilation. Also, all kinds of necessary things like carpets, mattresses, mosquito nets, locks, etc. are provided by Kit. Mess food is very tasty compared to other colleges. Here, the meals are very flexible and I am sure you are not going to complain about it. The registration process for the hostel is done through the KIIT SAP portal.
