Remarks

According to me hansraj having more positive remarks than negative.In ranking also it is comes at 3rd postion in delhi university.Bestest part of my college life was Hansraj college hostel ' Best hostel of delhi university).

Course Curriculum Overview

Hansraj college is affiliated by university of delhi. Its course curricula was quite good.There was semester based examination.Every year contains 2 semester in which you have to pass individually.

Placement Experience

Placement cell of hansraj college mainly focuses on b.com and b.a.eco hons.There were very good placement and Internships opportunities for these courses. For science course there are very few opportunities regarding this.

College Events

Hansraj college main events are its freshers party - ALACRITY Annual fest- Confluence (3 days event ) Graduation dinner And all societies and department of collge have their orientation, festivals and farewell.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of hansraj college is very nominal. For science stream course fees are 22k approx per year.For art and commerce stream college fee are 18k approx per year. College increase by 1k every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

For loan facility i don't have any idea. For scholarship there were one college scholarship which i know.This scholarship was for those student which are belonging to economical weaker section of society.

Campus Life

There are many societies like NSS, Haritima (Environmental awareness society),WDC ( women development cell) DRAMSOC, KALAKRITI, KAVYANJALI ,debating society for extracurricular activities. There are almost all games in sports.As we know sports and societies are very important for overall development. Labs are average not that much hightech.

Hostel Facilities

Yes i lived in hostel for 3 years. It was best hostel of my life. All the facilities of hostel are best. It was seriously home away home. Mess food quality and infrastructure are very good compare to all other colleges.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. Very famous and succees alumni hansraj college have as Shahrukh khan (SRK), Anurag kashyap, Vinod dua , and many more. Seniors students help me a lot in my college time seriously they taught me how to enjoy and spend college life.

Admission

I got admission in this college by my 10+2 marks basis.I had 96% marks in pcm (physics ,chemistry, math).according to my merit i get selection in bsc(h) chemistry.For this course every year cutoff will be greater than 95%in pcm.

Faculty

Faculty of hansraj college was average. Some teachers were very helpfull which made my college life easy and some were are just teacher which take lectures and no interaction with students.so overall faculty were good.

KIRORI MAL just don't miss it out

Placement Experience:

The placements of KIRORI MAL COLLEGE had shown a much outgrowth over the years. The students become eligible for college placements by the final year itself. Major complanies like google,amazon ,meta, picapool, deloitte, hewlett-packard, dell ,TCS, infosys, Wipro and many more. The highest packafe was over 23LPA while the median package was above 7LPA. Around 70% students get placedments in various companies.

My views on KMC . A final year student

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course (B.Sc Hons. Mathematics ) is more focused towards descriptive and theoritical method since my course belong to pure mathematics along with that I have statistics in my generic elective (GE) which is more application based. Our course is structured more towards reseach part. Whereas the commerce and economics courses are more relevant to practical industry knowldege. The usual struture is divided into two part in each sem generally known as end and mid sem exam. Whereas there exist weekly and monthly examination which majorly depends upon the teaching style of the faculty.

Reality of a top North campus college - Kirori mal College

Placement Experience:

The placement offered in our college is decent. All the third year and fourth year students are allowed to sit in the placement process.the placement process starts from July and continue till next year's june, Top companies which visited are - D.E, Shaw , Accenture , LEK capibilities network , ZS associates. The Highest package offered was 25 LPA. The average package is 7 LPA Around 70% of the students who participate in the placement drive gets placed.

The placements of my colleges are good. The students are eligible for campus placements in their third year, during 5th and 6th semesters. There are a lot of companies that come and offer students placements, like the big 4 accounting firms, D.E. Shaw, Tres Vista, ICICI Bank, Accenture, Zomato, Amazon, etc. The highest package provided overall was 23.05 LPA by D.E. Shaw. Average Accepted Package is 10.05 LPA. Average packages offered were 7.24 LPA. and the Median Package is 6.67 LPA.

Kirori mal college a nice college filled with greenery and enthusiasm

Placement Experience:

The placement in this college is good.Many companies come to the college to give placements.the students who are from fifth or sixth semester are eligible for campus selection and can sit in interviews taken by companies.The companies .like Wipro, Amazon, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey & company, Zomato, EY, etc. come to the college.according to previous record companies provide 176 offers.The highest package offered was rupees 23.05 LPA and the average package offered was rrupees 7.25 LPA.Last year 172 students get placements via campus placement.My plan is to go for post graduation after getting this degree.

A great college for this course with the potential to be the best

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of KMC works really well. Many top companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and Wipro visit the campus. It also arranges internships and placement drives, making sure students are ready for jobs. Overall, KMC provides a lively atmosphere and strong career support. From 6th Semester onwards, students can sit for campus placements. The highest package was upwards of ?30 LPA and the average package is around ?6-8 LPA. Our course saw a similar average package and the highest package was ?23 LPA. Around 30% of the previous batch was placed with the rest going for higher education and other job or entrance examinations. After getting my degree, I plan to go for higher education in statistics or economics. And beyond that I have made up my mind that I want to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and RBI Grade B Officer examination.

Harsh Truth about Hansraj

I applied for srcc, hasraj and hindu college, and i got hansraj college which was my second reference in the list but i could not made into other college due to my lack of timings, like i was a passed out of last year 2023 -24 batch and last year in our ways of admission process cut off was less so it could have been possible for me to get into srcc.
