Remarks

All that being said yes college does not always have the most positive effect on people, but if he/she stays away from all of the partying, drugs, stress, and bad influences that guide them on the paths it may not be that bad for most people. College can also have many positive effects.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

My course is B Tech civil engineering. I get civil branch because my father also civil engineering and i inspired from them and my interest is also in civil engineer. Exam structure is like trimester system 3 month. It is very easy to understand, to complete the syllabus and for studies.

Placement Experience

2

It is always nice to be paid, and in a recent study done by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, close to two-thirds of college graduates who worked at a paid internship eventually received a job offer, compared to slightly more than one-third of those working at unpaid internships.

College Events

3.5

Make your on-campus event stand out with these Instagram-worthy event ideas. College campus farmer's market. 24/48-hour film festival. Community service events. Craft workshops. College-friendly cooking classes. Create a student mentorship program. Battle of the bands.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its really expensive. The fee structure is like that in first month you pay first instalment 150000rs and in second month second instalment 135000 and total fee is 285000. For other things they also take fee for exam fee, for books, college clubs like that.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Scheme is in operational since 2008. The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the meritorious students having family income of less than Rs.6 lakh per annum, to meet a part of their day-to-day expenses while pursuing higher studies. Annual target is 82000 scholarships per year (41000 for boys and 41000 for girls) which has been divided amongst the State Education Boards based on the State’s population in the age group of 18-25 years. Students who are above 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream from a particular Board of Examination in class XII and pursuing regular course and not availing benefit of any other scholarships, are eligible to apply under this Scheme. The rate of scholarship is Rs. 10,000/- per annum for the first three years and Rs. 20,000/- per annum for the fourth and fifth year.

Campus Life

4

In addition to building skills within a specific discipline, extracurricular activities are great for developing general academic and soft skills. Balancing a number of commitments can help to improve your child's time management skills, while finding an area they enjoy or excel at can boost self-confidence.

Hostel Facilities

2

REFUND POLICY: HOSTEL FEE 10% of hostel rent/ charges paid shall be deducted. 50% of hostel rent/charges paid shall be deducted. The hostel management is absolutely an independent ownership/management. The room allotment is strictly on first come first served basis due to limited seats being available.

Alumni/Alumna

Creating an engaged, supportive alumni network is crucial to an institution’s success. If communication stops once graduates leave an institution, their understanding of the university will become stale. Instead, they should be kept informed so they can remain engaged and keep abreast on the progress of the university. Good alumni relationships bring many benefits to both the institution and the alumni. Here we speak to HE professionals who work in Alumni Relations about the benefits of maintaining an engaged alumni network and how the market is changing.

Admission

There is entrance exam JEE. The college requirements is above cutoff they can get admission in college. There is one chance to get admission is another entrance exam that is CET but you have to score 50% in this exam. Then you'll get admission.

Faculty

3

Our college faculty is very good and veteran. Ungraded pretests and interest inventories can be used to see what your students already know about the content you will be teaching next. Teachers are very helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
