It is best University in my view because here, You may be as you want to be. It provides every golden opportunities to develop any skill in yourself in own way. You may become anything player, actor, artist, scientist.

There are total six semester in LL.B. hons. (3 years) Course. 1st, 3rd, 5th semester constitutes 7 papers/subjects and 2nd 4th and 6th constitutes six subjects/paper so every year we have to go with 13 papers. Every paper constitutes 100 marks. So we have to take part in 39 Exam papers for completing the LL.B.

Our Law faculty does not provide placements but it may recommend any student for the internship to any district court or High Court or mediation centre etc. I did the internship in the honorable High Court under the guidance of Justice Rajul Bhargava and I also got the stipend of ,15'00/- per month. Because our university situated at Allahabad so it is very near to Allahabad High Court.

There are so much fund for organising fresher and farewell parties. There are also fund for organising cultural events. Law faculty also organises many moot courts and educational events like essay competition etc.

Our university provides Law degree at very less fees. You have to deposit1350 rupees fees for one year LLB honours and 1204 rupees for 2nd year. Scholarship will also be provided to you. And hostel facility is also available at very low cost.

Scholarship is provided to every financially weak student for pursuing his studies. There is also fund for aiding such students who cannot purchase their books at his own expenses. There is also an hospital for free treatment for the students.

You may involve yourself into to various extra curricular activities like music paintings etc. There are so many short term courses like diploma in French language diploma in Russian language, German language which can be pursued as part time. There are many labs, sport grounds swimming pools etc. you may join even NCC NSS here.

No, I do not live in the hostel. There are so many hostels belonging to Allahabad University like Holland hall, Tarachand hostel KPUC, diamond jubilee hostel etc. Mess is also available there. A Superintendent supervises the activities in the hostel.

Brotherhood between senior and junior is the the main quality of Allahabad University's students. They support there junior as much as they can. The root of Allahabad University is very deep and broad. Justice Markandey Katju is one of those Judges who did their studies here as a student. Many great personalities studied here.

I got the admission in LLB Hons. through the merit of the result of the entrance exam conducted by University of Allahabad which is usually held in the month of May. Entrance Exam Forms for University of Allahabad are available usually in April. The entrance exam test for LL.B. Hons. constitutes 300 marks out of which I got 207 marks. As I belong to general category It was enough to get admission in A.U. Usually the cut off marks for unreserved goes to 175-180 depending on the Entrance Exam.

Our law faculty of University of Allahabad (Central University) is very Good. Law faculty has it's own Library other than the central library of university furnished with various computers which are used for various research works. The environment of faculty is very peaceful and Professiors are also very supportive.
