Course Curriculum Overview

4

Its actually a difficult curriculum. The exam structure goes like its for 1000marks 200is internal marks and 800is the final exam external marks. And the passing criteria is 50 percentage. And half is based on practical marks

Placement Experience

4.5

Yes. after passing final year.we are supposed to do our internship in our college itself. with the guidelines of the respected teachers in all the clinical departments. And this is compulsory and helpful

College Events

4.5

Every year they'll conduct college day, spots day, cultural events, and this tear we are conducting intercollege fest as well. Where we have invited the students from all the medical colleges of Karnataka.and we also conducted MEDEX named even which was a big success event

Fee Structure And Facilities

Ya.its feasible as this is a government college.and no donations are extra fees is collected. But books are to be brought by the students itself.along with the essential requirements needed to be brought by student.

Fees and Financial Aid

No any separate scholarship given by college as i know. but students get loan facility directly by the government based on they are studying in assured government college. And also students are benifited by the government based scholarships

Campus Life

3.5

Extracurricular activities includes sports of all kinds.we do have opportunity to participate in intercollege compitation and also intra college compitation.there compitations includes all the areas of extracurriculum including culturals

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel is apparently better when compared to any other colleges. It is with in the college campus along with the hospital. It has 7 floors with facilitated elevators.and new buildings are also being construed for extended seats of UG and PG in our college

Admission

NEET entrance exam for UG cources.i wrote neet exam.and based on the merit list they did counselling and assigned this college for me. And it was conducted under state wise seat filling besed on the state merit list

Faculty

4

The faculty is actually good. In each department they actually providing all the essential things students required. And the staffs are actually skilled. so they have high expectations on the students. so it makes really hard to meet their expectations

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
