At the undergraduate level, ISI focuses on Mathematics and Statistics, IISc and IISER cover General Sciences, while NIT Allahabad offers an engineering discipline. Since you don't have the option to join ISI, IISc, or IISER right now, consider joining NIT Allahabad for Civil Engineering. The first-year subjects are common across all streams. Study hard and aim to be at the top of your class. The top two or three students often get the chance to change their discipline after the first year.
