I’m currently pursuing a B.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics at LPU, and honestly, it’s been a great experience so far! The curriculum is really comprehensive, covering everything we need to know. Plus, the practical classes and internship opportunities are super helpful for applying what we learn in real-world scenarios. The tuition is around 3 - 4 lakhs for the whole program, but I managed to get a scholarship through the LPUNEST exam, which has reduced my fees significantly. Overall, I feel like I’m getting a solid education, and I can see good placement opportunities ahead!

LPU offers numerous opportunities for every eligible student to secure good placements, thanks to a dedicated Division of Career Services (a team of about 40 people), the Centre for Professional Enhancement, and support from faculty/staff in the respective Schools.

The placement record at LPU is quite impressive. They claim to have 100% placement, but this can vary by program. However, they put in 100% effort to help every student who genuinely seeks campus placement. In recent batches, all students were placed in reputable companies with competitive packages based on their abilities.

For the academic year 2021-2022, the placement statistics were as follows:

  • 95% of students in B.Tech CSE
  • 95% of students in Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • 96% in Mechanical Engineering
  • 95% in Hotel Management
  • Around 90% in Agriculture
  • Approximately 98% for MBA, and so on.

The university provides excellent opportunities for every eligible student to achieve good placements. In addition to core curricula, LPU enhances students' employability through modules on communication, analytical, and soft skills to boost personality. LPU has truly become a landing place for aspiring professionals!

Doing a B.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics from LPU has been worth it for me! The faculty is incredibly supportive; they really take the time to make sure we understand the material. I've even had professors repeat topics multiple times if needed. The college hosts a lot of extracurricular activities as well, which makes campus life vibrant and engaging. I also appreciate the internship opportunities with companies like ISRO and Microsoft that can give us a significant edge in the job market. The fee structure is about 1,60,000 per year, but with scholarships, it definitely becomes manageable!

I would say pursuing a B.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics at LPU is a good choice. The social life here is amazing with cultural programs that celebrate diversity, which makes it feel like a home away from home. The library is well-stocked, and the classrooms have great facilities like projectors for better learning. The course fee might seem high, but with various scholarships available, I’m only paying around 52,000 per semester after getting a 33% discount. The practical experience through internships is also a big plus, so I believe it’s worth the investment!
