I completed my PGDM at LPU in 2025, and the in-hand salary for most graduates is around 4 to 5 lakh per year. I’ve seen some of my peers earning as much as 9 lakh after getting placed at prestigious firms. The placement opportunities are solid, with numerous companies visiting the campus, which really helps if you're proactive in your studies and internships!

As an MBA graduate from LPU, I found that most of my classmates got placed with salaries between 4 to 5 lakh rupees initially. I managed to secure an internship with Amazon, which definitely boosted my chances. With the right skills, some students are earning around 8 lakh, especially those who get into top companies like Accenture and Deloitte.
