B.Tech in Automotive Engineering at DTU is a solid choice if you're into cars and technology. The curriculum is well-structured, covering all the essential theoretical and practical aspects, which is super important for our field. I’ve noticed that while the professors are knowledgeable, the teaching pace can be quite slow, which sometimes stretches things out.

For placements in 2026, companies like Microsoft and Google have been actively recruiting, and the highest package I heard of was around 60 LPA. So, if you’re willing to work hard, you’ve got a decent shot at landing a good job!

I’m currently pursuing B.Tech in Automotive Engineering at DTU, and I must say, the campus life is fantastic! There's so much happening, from technical fests to cultural events. The faculty is generally supportive and understanding, though some professors are a bit strict. As for placements in 2026, while the overall percentage this year might be affected by national issues, big names like Maruti and Honda are still coming to campus. I’ve seen friends bagging internships with stipends around 25k, which is great for our field!

Choosing B.Tech in Automotive Engineering at DTU was one of the best decisions I made! The curriculum is pretty solid and matches well with industry standards. Plus, we've got access to top tech companies like Adobe and Google for internships. While the placement scenario for 2026 looks promising with many MNCs on board, the current year's percentage is a bit low due to external factors. Still, if you make the most of your time here, you can definitely aim for high packages, with some hitting up to 60 LPA!
