Choosing the B.Tech in Industrial & Production Engineering at DTU was a smart move for me. The faculty-student ratio is decent, so we get enough attention from our professors. Exams are quite tough, but they keep us on our toes. When it comes to internships, major companies like Microsoft and Google offer amazing opportunities. In fact, if you perform well, you could land a pre-placement offer! As for placements in 2025/26, I’ve heard that around 70-75% of students get placed, with offers from top companies coming in. The fees are a bit high, but the job prospects make it worthwhile.

I’m currently pursuing B.Tech in Industrial & Production Engineering at DTU, and I must say, it’s been a great experience so far! The curriculum is a solid mix of theory and practical skills. We cover everything from manufacturing processes to industrial automation. The faculty is knowledgeable, and they really help us understand the subjects well. For placements in 2025/26, I’ve heard that companies like Google, Microsoft, and Accenture come to campus, and a lot of students get placed. The highest package reached about 1.8 crores last year, which is insane! Overall, I’m optimistic about the placement opportunities when I reach my final semester.

I’m in the B.Tech Industrial & Production Engineering branch at DTU, and I really enjoy the campus life! The annual fest, Engifest, is one of the best experiences I’ve had. Regarding placements for 2025/26, we have companies like Infosys and TCS visiting our campus regularly. The eligibility for placements starts from the 6th semester, and by the 8th semester, many of us have already secured jobs. The highest package I’ve heard of was around 1 crore, which is pretty impressive. Though the fees are on the higher side, the internship opportunities and the strong placement record make it a great choice overall.
