I'm currently pursuing B.Tech in Engineering Physics at DTU, and I can say it's an exciting journey! The curriculum blends core physics with electronics, which is super relevant. If you missed out on getting into electronics, this branch is a great alternative since 75% of the syllabus overlaps. Faculty members are top-notch, especially in their specialized fields.

For placements in 2025/26, the placement scene is really impressive. Last year, over 85% of students got placed, with companies like Google and Microsoft visiting the campus. The average package was around 16L, with the highest hitting a whopping 1.7 crore! Definitely looking forward to my own placements.

I'm in the Engineering Physics branch at DTU, and it's been a fantastic experience so far! The blend of physics and electronics is really useful, especially if you're considering a minor in electronics later. The faculty is very knowledgeable, which helps a lot. For placements in 2025/26, I’ve heard that the campus placement rate is more than 85%, with top companies like Apple and Blackrock visiting. The highest package offered last year was an astonishing 1.7 crore, which is just insane! The average package was around 16L, so if you're aiming for a solid placement, DTU is definitely a good choice!

Choosing B.Tech Engineering Physics at DTU was one of the best decisions I made. The course is a mix of physics and electronics, which means I get to dive into cool topics like VLSI and semiconductor manufacturing. The faculty is great, but I feel like the optics part could focus more on semiconductors. As for placements in 2025/26, it's looking bright! Almost every big company comes for campus recruitment, and last year's stats showed 2400 offers with 85% students placed. The highest package was 1.7 crore! I’m planning to continue my studies, but I know many who are excited about entering the job market.
