I have completed my MBA from LPU, so let me point out the type of questions that you can expect in your MBA IT personal Interview.
The first thing that is considered in all MBA interviews is your communication skills, that is, your fluency of speech, clarity of thought, grammar and capacity to elaborate.
You will be tested on general awareness and your perspective on certain news and case studies. You will be asked about your career aspirations, dreams and goals. And whether you have been in positions where you have showcased your leadership skills.
Also, do not get nervous if you are asked tricky questions because your interview board will mark you on your ability to deal with tricky questions as well.
Keep a confident posture, and try to maintain eye contact with the interviewers. If you are not able to answer a certain question, be honest and tell them that you do not know the answer.
