LPU offers MTech in various specialisations allowing students to choose the course according to their career goals. Apart from a valid LPUNEST or GATE score, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to get selected. The general eligibility criteria for some of the top MTech specialisations are as follows.

MTech Course	Eligibility Criteria
MTech Aerospace Engineering	60% marks in BTech Aeronautical or Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
MTech Biotechnology	60% marks in BTech from a relevant discipline or MSc Bioscience or equivalent or B Pharmacy
MTech Computer Science and Engineering	60% marks in BTech from a relevant discipline or MCA or MSc IT or equivalent
