What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the institute and the students are?
I am in charge of providing services for students as well as their activities on campus. It is my responsibility to provide students with sports, address students' behavior, coordinate admissions and oversee the orientation of new students. A workforce is accountable for understudy government assistance and PR is likewise capable of the advisory group to forestall ragging. Additionally, it is my duty to foster positive, vibrant, and healthy relationships with my students. I do that by arranging and putting together different extracurricular exercises like Delight of Giving, Blood donation camp and running comparative missions.
When you first came to SAM, what was your vision for the institute? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?
I personally want to educate and prepare students for their future not only in academics but also in public. I want them to develop relations through Extracurricular activities. I wish all of my students must attain numerous academic achievements along with different extracurricular exercises. We are trying our best to achieve this target, but it will take some time.
How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute?
By holding regular meetings and providing a secure environment for both faculty and students, our institute can cultivate positive relationships and a positive atmosphere. In addition, we make it a point to try to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of staff members as well as students.

How do you tend to build an industry connection with this program?
We conduct personality development classes by inviting industrialists & experienced professionals in order to provide the right motivation to our students. We also arrange seminars for Public Affairs. We also conduct events so that students are actively participating in the event which helps in getting hands-on experience.
Are you taking the responsibility of staying in touch with the students?
I am very friendly with my students and believe in offering a helping hand to them to come up to me with any problem at any time they have so that I can guide them in the best possible way. I take the responsibility of organizing events for their benefit & designing social events for our student’s club.
What do you see as the greatest strengths of SAM?
Through academic, extracurricular, and social activities, SAM always believes that students should develop themselves individually and be influenced by ethical and moral values. A positive and sharp environment for staff and students for self-improvement and a thoroughly prepared workforce, result-oriented and enthusiastic showing personnel are some of our assets.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?
Students should keep the following points in mind. Skills like communication, teamwork, critical thinking and flexibility have always been important for work and life. Students must participate in social activities to improve their leadership, and organizing skills which will help them in their corporate journey.
