Placement Experience:
From 2 year onwards companies comes to the collage . Companies likes Asian hearts institute ,Bandhan Bank,Dcb bank,Deloitte ,Tcs,Nerolac and many companies comes to the collage. It is guarantee that every student will be placed at the end of their semister.

- I think the Srusti Academy is the one of the best B- Schools in Bhubaneswar with such fee structure. The Teaching is excellent where you can develop yourself through various learning activities. The teachers are very educated and supportive .
- The college Provides Internships Opportunities to each and every student in sectors such as Finance , Marketing , Human Resources, Operation and Information Technology. There is also chance of pre placement opportunities at the companies .
- The college provides daily news paper to its student such as Business Standard and Economic Times. The college gives placement as per its capabilities. Many reputed companies such as ITC , TCI freight , Berger paints , Asian Heart , Icic bank .
Dislikes
- The college provides most of the placements in marketing sector . There is very less placements in core finance and core Human resource sector . The infrastructure is not that enough well equipped . The classroom Ac's in summer season are not working
- The size of the campus is too small for a management college . There is no opportunity for sports activities. Also the condition of the gymnasium is very pathetic . The college is doing various club activities but it need to be more activity based .
- The college provides most of the placements in marketing sector. There is very less placements in core finance and core Human resource sector
Placement Experience:
After the internship that is after 2nd semester all the students eligible for campus placement .
In the batch of 2023-25 nearly 120 offers were made companies such as Berger paints
ITC , Asian heart , TCI , icic , sriram finance , Bellatar Microfinance, ceasefire etc has come .
Nearly 60% of the batch got placed so far in the campus placement.
I have to find a core finance or hr company after completion of my degree .

- Their class structure is too good and they attached to syllabus but one this might be improved that in soft skill training
- Campus is comparatively small but not so much that you will going to hate.
- High experienced faculties with excellent teaching methods except 2-3
Dislikes
- Hostel food is not upto quality and limited to persons
- Exams are conducted continuously even semester exams
- Management, they forced to paid the fees before exams

After second semester completion they provide internship to their students and their replacement of her also providing and after completion of 3rd semester the campus is coming to college and 90 to 95% students getting selected

- I like my college so much specially the mam and sir I thanks all of them to improve my management skill especially thanks to my Head of department:- Mr sandhya darshan dash to teach us so well improve my skill and many more. Sir teaches us so many
- And my friend are also so good they help me to study they play with me and we enjoy with everybody

- I don’t like the time management of our clg lil bit but it’s oks teachers are also busy with their work I respect them
Placement Experience:
In 5 th semesters students become eligible for campus placements. We visited way of India in Bhubaneswar Odisha and many more offers are made
300000 packages in csm
80%of students get placed in our college.

- Best In Class Classroom Environment & Ragging free college strict rules and regulations
- Proper Grooming Sessions by the college and trainer comes from outside Odisha and best in class trainer are provided to groom students
- Teachers are very friendly so as the principal and chairman explaining how to live life apart from books
Dislikes
- Sometimes Food Taste is average but you can have good from outsider because there are number of food outlets outside the college

First of All after your second Semester they are gonna give you Intership to all and that's compulsory and each and every child gonna get it unless and until they say no to it and about placement it will bring out nearly about 60-65 companies and highest Package is gone upto 14LPA and Minimum is 3.3LPA and each and every child will be allowed to get placement according to there performance but they have to attend class as they have more Grooming Sessions

- Some faculty are there who only focused on good students not give attention to the average student
- They don't give time to deposit the course money they continuing call to the parents for the course fees
- Some are there faculty member who dont teach good but they keep anger in exam hall
Course Curriculum Overview:
Since childhood i want to be a successful business women to built my own company to get successful in coming future so that this the option i choose for my well being
Any other option is not there regarding this

- The teacher's was well mannered and the management helps to grow and trained us good
- Student teacher bond was really good which I'm impressed
- The training session was good because they taught us very nicely
Dislikes
- Some teachers are really not so cooperative
- They only gives attention to the good students
- They don't care about the avarage students
Course Curriculum Overview:
Exams time was really very tough for those who not trained well because in marketing we have to get the knowledge of the selling training etc. The areas for improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods was really good.

for IMBA 9th and 10th semester students are allowed to sit on campus placement, other wise for MBA and MCA studenta it id 3rd and 4th semester. tgere are so many compuses like Casefire, Paytm, Bandhan Bank, ICICI BAnk etc.
