Srusti Academy of Management (autonomous) is one of the leading Management institutes in Odisha established in the year 2003. The Institute is accredited with “A” Grade by National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC) and has been declared autonomous on recomendation of UGC. Srusti Academy of Management is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela and approved by AICTE. It ranks 131st in India and 12th in Eastern India in B-School ranking 2022 by The Week. Srusti Academy of Management is member of All India Management Association (AIMA), Association of Indian Management School (AIMS) and also member in professional bodies like CMAI, NHRD.

CMAT
CMAT is conducted every year in the month of January and is conducted by All India Council for Technical Education. CMAT Eligibility possesses a full-time Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks as aggregate. The minimum age of the applicant must be 21 years. CMAT Application Form is available in the month of October on the official website. Candidates have to provide all the necessary details and complete the requisite steps to complete the Application Process successfully. CMAT Selection Process includes 3 steps:
- CMAT Score
- CMAT Group Discussion (GD)
- CMAT Personal Interview (PI) and/or Written Ability Test (WAT)
XAT
XAT is conducted for candidates seeking admission into MBA/ PGDM courses. XAT Application Form is available from the month of August and the registration process ends in November. As per XAT Eligibility, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent from a recognized authority in any discipline. XAT Exam Pattern is divided into 2 parts (A and B). Part A contains 3 sections namely Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation whereas Part B contain questions on General Knowledge and an Essay writing.

minimum graduation is required. you have to attempt ojee (Orissa joint entrance examination) for state-level college. for reservations, there may be some cut-offs. if your career has a good %, then it will be good and you will get a scholarship worth 20000.

Every semester syllabus changes and we get lot of different subjects to learn. We are provided a lot of industrial exposure. Faculties members are very cooperative and friendly. Prof.Rashmita Mishra and Prof. Nirjana Das.
Admission:
Dont expect a placement with a good package you get the lowest packages as low as 8000 per month in a place loke Delhi or Bangalore

Our course is very different from the other colleges providing the course of MBA. Our electives range from marketing to agribusiness and many more interesting and vast subjects. We enjoy the lectures and never feel pressurized.
