Srusti Academy of Management (Autonomous) Bhubaneswar Faculty

There is about 20 faculties in our collage .Student relation amough the faculty is very friendly and profession.They like a mentor to us and guides student in every stages of the mba program.Semister exam is conducted in every six month with practicle.There is about 7 paper in the semister .

In our batch 210 students are studying. There are nearly 20 faculty members teaching the 1 st year students. All the facilities are highly educated most of them P.hd in reputed institutions . In the first semester there is nearly 12 papers having 150 marks each . There is one practical paper that is Excel for managers and one training assessment that is career advancement and skill development. Our college has strong faculty members in Finance and Human resource Specialization. Our Principal Dr. Umakant Dash has excellency in Marketing Sector . The course curriculum is up to date every year our college organising events such as industry meetup by which they draw meaningful insights on course curriculum and what the industries expect from the MBA grads . If i talk about the exam scenario then it is easy . Most of the students secure good marks in the examination but somehow some students unable to pass the examination. Although it is an autonomous college but there is strictness in everything. Students only able to seat in the examination if they have more than 75% attendance .

Faculties to students ratio is good and we has 3 Sections and Jakki samir khan and Dr. anuradha Mishra was best faculties for me. Their teaching style loved by every student's and every one liking them. I can't take name wost faculties name due to privacy concerns

The relationship between faculty and students is very good relation faculty help us so much. I like Mr sandhya darshan dash because he is really very good in person and he always understand the students feeling he help the students in any way he can.. sry but I like all the faculty they are so much approachable to all. There are 6 semester in bba they are lil bit difficult but all can write if they have read no one fail in exam

Faculty Members are very very friendly as they are our friends they will guide you in each and every step don't worry about relationship with teachers they will talk in that way you will mould towards them . courses are completed within time as We Can say Srusti always completes it's Task in time and it also expect the same from the students. Exams Will be in time and there will be strict teachers where MP is Strictly prohibited marking schemes are like - Full mark is 100 where there will be 40 mark internal and 10 mark presentation and 10 mark quiz . Excellent Studing Enviornment.

The faculty to students ratio of relationship was appreciated it was too good to make a nice bond with teacher so that student should be comfortable to ask doubt and clear there doubt. Marking scheme was also good it was fair

The faculty to students relationship ratio was awesome. It also trained us how to behave good to the insiders. There are total 10 semester if a student failed they give the back paper to clear the exam and to promote another class.

The facultys credential and teaching approach are kee too. Knowing your professore are well qualified and experienced in their field can boost your confidence in there teachings. Their approchh to teaching and mentorship can make classes more engaging and impactful.

Average but the marketing faculty was good the soft skill & English was good but cant day what is the situation now as the teacher who used to train us had left the college rest subject like accounting & business mathematics are average u get to know.

Our teachers are very qualified and have a tremendous amount of professional experience and practical knowledge. Their guidance has always been helpful to us. They are ever ready to help us and have a very kind, supportive and considerate behavior.
